Gone here a few times for notary, and copying/faxing. Nice owner, knows all, very down to earth and factfull and not a lot of fluff.

Review Highlights - AIM Mail Center

The gentleman who works there (same guy for the past several years) is always efficient, helpful, and quick to help me assess the fastest and/or cheapest method of delivery.

I've used FedEx Office locations all over the country, and this Santa Monica Blvd. location is…read moreeasily one of the worst experiences I've had. At most locations, there's at least some level of common-sense customer service--especially if you're already spending money there. I travel a lot and rely on FedEx Office for printing labels, documents, and shipping materials. I'm a paying customer every time I walk in. Here, that didn't seem to matter at all. They had boxes sitting around that were clearly being discarded, and when I asked if I could use one (something other locations have allowed), I was flat-out told no. The manager, Cesar, even said they "just recycle them" and don't give any boxes out--period. No flexibility, no willingness to help, nothing. Instead, they tried to push me into buying an express box. Mind you, I had already purchased tape and was actively using their services. It's not about trying to get something for free--it's about basic customer consideration. When a business would rather throw something away than help a paying customer, that tells you everything you need to know. This is a prime example of profits over people and customer service. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere--somewhere that actually values customers and understands that small gestures go a long way. If you're looking for a warm or helpful experience, don't expect it here.
