    Climatemp owners don't care who they hire to work as installation techs or sales technicians…read more Majority employed have 0 experience working on an HVAC unit plus have no one willing to train them so you can guarantee that when they come to your house to do any type of work, they will cause more damage and just lie to you by telling you additional parts need replacing that had nothing wrong with it before they arrived to work on your equipment. They hired a sales person who had no knowledge of how the indoor / outdoor units even worked. He just went from resident to resident condemning units that had nothing wrong with it all while the owners Randy & Stan, stood by knowing about this deceptive business practices. Do not use their service unless you want to pay outrageous fees and have them out at your property for several days more than any other AC company would normally take. Also, it is not recommended to be employed with this company as they don't care one bit about their employees or their employees family members. The workplace is a constant soap opera filled with drama left and right especially among the office staff. The women in the office are so afraid of getting replaced by someone that actually has the experience to do their job so their mission for new hires is to get them to quit or have fired as soon as possible by setting up to do work in unfavorable conditions or throwing one under the bus and lying to the boss when questioned about their work status. It's sad no one can work as a team and the owners are only looking out for themselves. This past Christmas the owners required all employees to work Christmas Eve and did not provide any with a Christmas Bonus or dinner. Instead, the owners left at lunch on Christmas Eve to have their holiday family gathering plus made sure to show off their new vehicles and huge flat screen TVs that was purchased and put on display for all workers to see. In 5 days, 13 change outs were completed causing several hours of overtime to accumulate except when payday came, hours were reduced by Randy and Stan with no explanation as to why this happened. One employee was out for 3 days and Randy made sure to hold his paycheck from being direct deposited. This person has to call the labor board in order to have it released to him however Randy made sure to reduce the employees pay from $25p/hr to minimum wage $7.35 per hour without notice and on work performed a week prior. Stan admitted his dad did change the paycheck out of retaliation from calling labor board on him to release paycheck. That is illegal but they get away with doing this to all their employees whenever they want to screw them over. This same employee was treated as if he was a criminal once he arrived to the shop, office staff locked all doors and shut down the shop preventing any access inside the building. His tools, which valued well over $800 was in retrievable due to this so when he tried to get his tools back, they suddenly had no idea what happened to them and refused to help with getting them back to him. Many times when an employee quits Randy will make sure they suffer then will give away their tools to other employees he hired that don't know anything about the HVAC Business. Bullying is a constant issue, Randy thrives on drama and instigates alot of things just out of spite while his son Stan just lets it happen and will put his head down. Shady business practices are an ongoing thing and working in the office with these ladies he has hired is definitely not worth your time dealing with as you will be shocked at the depth each woman will take just to look like they know something. It's complete chaos, dirty business practices, overpriced jobs are constantly happening so I recommend a 2nd opinion if you do decide to use them. You will be surprised at what you will discover. Randy has started to forget things he tells employees to do then 2 weeks later he bashes the person wanting to know why they chose to do certain QuF
