Gavin is professional, explains the issues clearly, friendly, and efficient. He stayed well past "ordinary hours" to ensure we had showers and was able to get a little invasive on the plumbing without breaking a single tile. He'll be back tomorrow to see about our tub drain; the cylinder stopper is seized in the pipe and the connector was utterly awful and corroded. EDIT: He was back right on time, did his utmost to keep our costs down, and entirely fixed it this morning. Very nice work, nice man. Couldn't be happier with his work. Gavin gave me the option to buy the part and self install or he could do it for a reasonable price. In my personal experience most just do it and charge quite a lot.
