I've had a really poor experience with their Customer Services team in Paris and can't seem to get to the right place to leave feedback to make this better for others. I have tried to leave feedback on Facebook and I haven't been able to. I have also not received any resolution on my attempts to contact them via Facebook and Instagram, if anything, it's caused more frustration. I hope that this review will help other customers. I also hope that Aigle will listen to their customers, as this has not happened in my interactions with them.
I had faulty boots and for 7 months, emailed their Customer Services team in Paris. I emailed Stephanie Malevaut and Angélique Neisson-Cochery and only Stephanie responded saying that she would issue me a refund. 7 months later and after several long distance calls and messages to their team on Social Media and no refund. They asked for my bank details though I told them that I was not comfortable emailing this information to them. Stephanie could not be flexible, as I called several times with my bank details as a solution and they would not process the refund because they needed me to specifically email them with this information.
I also reminded them of the Sales of Goods act, as I originally purchased the boots in Canada and no response. I've reached out to Gravity Pope in Vancouver where I purchased the boots and as an update, they have kindly answered back saying they would help.
I also called long distance to Aigle's Customer Services line several times in Paris and they were not able to provide someone to escalate my situation. I asked to see if there was someone else that I could speak to and they said no. I asked to see who their Directors are and they said this information is confidential.
What else is a customer to do? I am sincerely wishing that you improve your customer service. read more
