I was a bit nervous on the drive there and went in with low expectations. The restaurant is very small and had elements of a typical Japanese restaurant set up. I ordered the katsu chicken ramen an shared the magma roll. The katsu chicken wasn't your normal golden brown coloured exterior but nevertheless tasted really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the ramen after I heaped on some chilli flakes. This isn't readily available on the table so don't forget to ask if you're a fan. The soup was pretty delicious and I almost drank my bowl dry. The magma roll was a bit disappointing though. Not as hot as I expected. Having salmon and canned tuna pieces together probably isn't the best idea either. The tuna definitely out ways the salmon even though it's the salmon you really want to task. Overall a great place for a ramen fix if you are ever in western sydney.

So if they're busy you might find it hard to get seating, but takeaway option still available. The menu is basic but covers the whole range: sushi, sashimi, ramens, udons, tempuras, bentos, entrees etc. I go here so often (eat in or takeaway) because everytime I order it's like ordering for the first time. the consistency doesn't drop just because you're a regular, which I've had with many other restaurants before. The quality is awesome, especially for such a small restaurant. I've been visiting this place since it first opened and been a loyal fan since. FYI they do open on Sundays now so don't be deterred!

I found the quality of the sushi was pretty good for a sushi train. They were constantly making new sushi and adding it to the train therefore you were never really eating "old" sushi. If the sushi you wanted wasn't on the train, you had the option to order it off the menu and they get served to your table very quickly. There's nothing to complain about this place. It's quick, easy & you're able to go back to shopping on a full and satisfied stomach :)

There are cute little signs on plates which explain what certain fish or rice are, the benefits for those in the need to know what they're gobbling. I came here one night with my partner and between us, we had 7 plates altogether. We also ordered 2 green teas as it was a cold night. When we asked for our bill, they counted the number of plates we had. Apparently because we had more than 5, we get a free plate of salmon gills - which were incredibly tasty! At other places, I was expecting the bill to be around $40. At this place, our bill ended up to be only $25! All their staff including their main chef asked us if everything went well. Selection wise I thought it was a bit limited when compared to other sushi train places. Their hand rolls could do with some better flavours similar to what they have at makoto. So maybe it's that we eat a lot but I think it's more the prices but for two we spent about $60 and were full but not like we were stuffed.
