Please beware very aware that this is the second time this office did not communicate thoroughly and caused extra fee's. They preformed a test and this office billed it as surgery to receive more money from the insurance and never received pre approval which with all insurance an elective needs to be pre approved. If I had known the amount this test that I was not put to sleep or cut on in any way was going to cost me out of pocket, I would of not gotten the test (which was not surgery) in the first place. Get an attorney before being seen here.
