First I went to my Gynecologist who couldn't find anything wrong and then to a Gastroenterologist, who also could not find anything wrong. After a lot of money and months of appointments and testing, I felt pretty helpless. Thanks to some desperate late night google searching, I found Lotus and decided to give it a shot, because I had nothing to lose. From the first appointment, I felt completely comfortable. The office is so cozy and welcoming and every person working there is so friendly. This does not feel like a medical office...it feels more like a calming retreat. Sarah and I had an in-depth conversation during my first visit, whereby she gathered a list of all of my symptoms and then promised me, if she didn't know how to fix it immediately, she would keep working until we found solutions. That was so encouraging after a lot of medical shrugging of shoulders. I knew I wasn't alone in this anymore. Each session we targeted two to three issues and Sarah would make adaptions based on how I was feeling that day. Every time I walked out of the office, I had just a little more relief and could feel my old self coming back. Some sessions, I left feeling significantly better. It took a little less than 3 months, of regular weekly at first and then bi-weekly appointments, and every single one of my issues was GONE! Not just better, GONE. We even addressed some issues she found, that I didn't even know were a problem. The only thing I regret, is not going sooner.
