Worked with me on different options. Settled on some stone and metal edging. Added some seeding and additional edging around some trees. The crew showed up and did an amazing job. Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew. Lawn and Order saved me a huge problem with their suggestions. I already have a few more projects in mind and I will be using Lawn and Order. These guys are AMAZING.

When you have questions before putting in your $5k order, they make you feel like you're interrupting their day. Those type of folks. When I was close to finished w my project I realized I was short a few blocks for my pillars and wanted them higher. I called and they said they were on order and they would call me when they came in seeing my renovations and lighting were waiting on the final blocks. No call. So I follow up after waiting weeks and they were in. They just couldn't be bothered to call me. No big deal. I go get my blocks. When I was purchasing my $5k order (cash) I asked if I could resell items back to them shouldn't I not use all of them. its very difficult to have an exact number needed on concrete walls and patios and pathways. They said yes. So I purchased extra blocks so I had the freedom to make changed to my sitting wall as it went up. Now my project is done and they ask me to wrap and restack all the blocks for pick up. I did. Sent them a photo. Today I get an email that they will only but back the wall blocks that have a corner block to match. That was NEVER shared once through many conversations about re-selling back to them. Corner blocks are only for 90 degree turns or pillars. I built two pillars and only bought the corner pieces needed. Which means I have no corner pieces. Which means I have a pallet of concrete blocks in the yard wrapped for pick up from hat isn't going to be picked up or bought back and I can't hydro seed until I figure out what to do with them. They also added charged $20 on 13 pallets (terrible condition - falling apart) I pay $5,000 cash for materials and you charge for the pallets they come on after I pay for delivery? The fellas working in the office are so pompous it's comical. And they run a terrible business as far as customer service. Gary/Jason - anyone can sell concrete blocks. Treat your customers with respect. At least pretend you appreciate the business.

First I want to say that I'm aware there are negative reviews about this company, but that seems to…read morebe mostly in regards to their lawn service which I have never used. As a frequent shopper at their nursery through the years I give them a thumbs up. The nursery itself is quite large and their selection is great. A lot of their items are seasonal and sell quickly so go as early as the season allows for some stuff. For me though I love the evergreen shrubs and they have every type and every size available. I have always had a positive experience with their staff at the store itself. I also had great service from their delivery staff when I made a big purchase of mature shrubs. They were carried to exactly where I wanted them in my backyard which I appreciated because my yard is quite hilly and some parts are steep. I also hired a landscape designer to come out and give me advice about various shrubs and flowers i could plant that would work well in my plant beds and with what is already there. The advice was pretty basic, but he took his time and the service fee was $99. Landscapers are never cheap so I didn't think that was a bad price for some expert feedback. One star off is for pricing in general. Items they sell are expensive. But I just love how you can get almost anything you want there and at various growth stages including quite mature items that take years to grow. I definitely recommend at least checking it out.

Very professional and reliable. I can always count on OMDK Snow Removal to ensure my driveway is…read moreplowed early in the morning, as I am a nurse and need to leave for work. He even came to my house with a hand torch and ice pick one bad storm to ensure my driveway was safe when it was covered in ice. Also, he did a very good job with the walkway and stairs. I will continue to use this company because of reliability and good work. They have never left me without a plowed driveway. I can always get out during the storms thanx to OMDK Snow Removal.
