It literally feels like it is a never ending story of unbearable bloating but I'll save you any more of those details! Someone referred me to Dawn. I am so happy I did because navigating from MD to MD trying to figure out how to get treated for something that Dawn understood immediately. Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. I'm so grateful for my work with Shanti. It has been life changing. I wouldn't be able to propel into my next steps in life without the rigor and resilience of our time together.

Her deep, science-based understanding of physiology, especially when it comes to female and athletic bodies, is truly unmatched. She meets you exactly where you are, tuning in to your personal needs while offering practical, meaningful guidance that leads to real change. What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around. If you're ready to take real action and make sustainable, lifelong changes for your health, I can't recommend Shanti enough. She's the real deal

I needed to know how to eat better, and how to have a better relationship with food. After a few hundred dollars, I had gained five pounds, was less confident, felt like an idiot, and had to stop because it was too expensive. I've since gained forty pounds, and now I'm afraid of dieting. My concerns were ignored, my personal goals glossed over, and I never got any nutritional advice. I was left afraid to go back to my old diet, because she told me that I was destroying my metabolism with it, but with no idea how to start a new one. At the outset, I made it clear that my finances were limited, but that quickly gave way to expensive sessions every week that I couldn't afford, and finally had to give up on. It pains me to leave a negative review like this, because as a person, Toni is very nice. But I have to be honest. I spent several hundred dollars, only to end up the fattest I've been in my life, frustrated, and at my lowest point. Not only did I not get healthier, I'm so unsure and afraid of dieting now that I don't know if I ever will.

I was genuinely excited to start this program. After investing in countless coaches and courses, I…read morewas ready to finally put an end to all the second-guessing and commit to a plan tailored specifically for me. I enrolled in the self-paced program after doing my research and seeing overwhelmingly positive reviews. In hindsight, not meeting anyone on video beforehand and relying solely on text communication was a mistake on my part. After taking the initial quiz, I guessed my body type and was assigned a coach who shared that same type. I followed the program precisely for six weeks and saw no results after the first week. Only then did I learn I'd been placed in the wrong program for the wrong body type. I was reassigned to one of the founders, who reviewed my case and matched my correct type. Another 2-3 weeks went by with zero progress, even after overhauling my routines yet again. I even paid extra for their Tier 2 service, with no changes or signs of improvement. I did everything that was asked of me: 15,000 steps a day, consistent powerlifting, hydration, structure, and discipline, yet nothing changed. Instead, my lack of progress was attributed to mindset, quantum physics, and somatic blocks. I'm trained in trauma-informed care and have spent years doing deep somatic and therapeutic work. I fully understand the mind-body connection. But when a program cannot deliver results, shifting the responsibility back onto the client feels dismissive and unfair. Ultimately, it felt like the blame was placed on me when my coach no longer knew how to support my case which is exactly why I hired them in the first place. While I appreciate receiving a $750 refund for the Tier 2 upgrade, I am still left having spent $1,500 on a self-paced program that did not work for me. This is simply my experience. Be thoughtful, do your research, and I truly hope your results are better than mine.

I was…read morebasically trying to piece meal my way through ALL the conflicting info out on the internet and Instagram, and was so frustrated with my lack of consistent progress, even though I used to work so hard to try to eat right and workout every day to try and make my body composition and strength goals. Now, I have full clarity and confidence to know what to eat, when, and how much eat and workout to accomplish my body and athletic goals- in any and every circumstance!!! I did all of this all while traveling the world. That peace of mind, confidence, and increased self love I now have for myself is freaking invaluable. And I credit all of that to me working with Green Door Life. I lost fat, gained muscle, toned and built my overall body, and even lost cellulite- I didn't even know that was freaking possible, since I've worked to lose my cellulite for the last 15 years!! And, I did all of this while traveling through 8 different countries and living nomadically full time. I've completed the 12 week nutrition group program and some 1:1 coaching, I'm not trying to overstate this in anyway - it has literally changed my life. This isn't a quick fix or some fad, their courses and coaching is revolutionary to your whole life moving forward. The coaching around food and nutrition is expansive not restrictive. They give you the fundamental deep knowledge and psychological support needed in order to make any situation, any country, and basically any restaurant or food navigable for your goals. What I love about their coaching style is they make you self sufficient and empowered. There is no ongoing sales cycle and unlike other coaching programs, they don't make you feel you need them to keep your gains. I have a completely different and loving relationship to my body, the way I view and eat food is informed and fun, and my daily behaviors and internal throughs are so different and aligned for who I am becoming more of each day, and who I want to be, than how I was when I started the program. I highly recommend working with Green Door Life through their different courses and coaching. I am going to do their upcoming Awaken your Cycles and Strength courses as well, because the amount of value and life changing outcomes I get from them and their courses is literally worth 10x the amount they are priced.

I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her.
