But I had paid (no refunds) $3,000 plus $300 for the creams. Felt better the next day and redness went away. So I went to next treatment in April, more pain (treatment takes 1 hour). Spent another $200 on creams to calm the redness and pain. One more trip in May, more pain and redness lasted longer (3 days). By the second treatment I was already out of creams that I had bought for $300 but I refused the offer to buy more. Really? More? I was asked to come back for follow up pictures, so I did. I did not see ANY change. Brenda said she would send me the pictures in an email. When I did not receive the pictures later in June I emailed to ask for them. No answer. I don't get a call back on the phone so I email in July and asked for the photos again, I see they have switched to WhatsApp. That's ok I sent a message but still have not heard. Brenda is a nice person and was very encouraging about how my results would turn out. I am assuming that she did not see any change in the photos and therefore not sending them to me. Just want to let others know that this is not a good plan, don't do it!
