I needed a Rapid Test asap. I was greeted by a Fast Labs Tech. She was short, chubby, and brunette. didn't see a visible name tag. I paid for an antigen and blood type test. As we are speaking, i'm being processed at the same time. First was the Antigen. Next was the blood type test. This woman pricked me in the middle of the conversation with her about the blood-test procedure. Mind you, my blood was leaking everywhere, and the cart , in the midst of her saying " She likes to see grown men cry ". Weird. She's wasn't prepared obviously as my blood is spilling all over the medical cart. She proceeds to wipe my blood up with paper towels , as i'm chastising her about her unprofessionalism over what just happened. And the incompetence of her poor job handling my open cut. Not a good experience. Where does Fast Labs find these workers? In a Cracker Jack Box?? No Bueno !

The nurses are knowledgeable and I had a relaxing experience both times. I went in the first time to get a quick fix for a hangover and it did the job! The second time I went in, was for a custom IV, and the experience was just as good as my first one. I would highly recommend IV house.

Anitgen I got in like 30 minutes which was clutch, and the PCR actually came in like half a day, although they said it would take about 24 hrs. This will be my go to covid testing spot for when I need a test for traveling or an event. Hope they stick around for a while. loved that I didn't even need an appointment, it was all just so easy, which is my jam!

It hasn't even been a month since that appointment, yet when I went to the pharmacy, I was told there were no refills available. To make matters worse, I was never notified that my provider had left the practice or that there had been any changes to my care. This is the second time I have experienced poor communication from this office, and it has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Patients should not have to discover these issues only after making a trip to the pharmacy. Better communication and coordination are essential, especially when it comes to ongoing medications. I hope Borinquen Medical Center takes steps to improve its communication and ensure patients receive the continuity of care they deserve.

Jackie, the lead at the front desk, immediately suggested that I reschedule. It is unbelievable that the office could lose the information they already had on file and then simply ask patients to reschedule instead of making any effort to find a solution or retrieve the documentation. The lack of accountability and willingness to help was extremely disappointing.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit in May was a very different experience. When I arrived, I struggled to get in because the buzzer was not working properly. Despite there being no other customers waiting, the front desk staff appeared to ignore me as I stood outside trying to gain entry. They were sitting at the desk on their phones and made no effort to assist until I was finally able to get their attention. Once inside, the experience did not improve. The staff seemed uninterested and inconvenienced by having to help me, and the interaction felt far from welcoming. To top it off, no one acknowledged me or even said goodbye as I left. Additionally the facilities are a bit weathered, the bathroom has broken items, and generally the place does not have the same feel it once did. The experience was disappointing, especially given the consistently positive experiences I have had here over the years. I hope this was simply an isolated incident and that the level of customer service returns. I don't know what has happened, if management has changed or if it's just a bad apple situation either way I hope it is corrected soon! PS - Also never got my results, and my doctors office didn't either, even though I filled out the paperwork to have results sent to my doctor....
