This became a case of "water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink" as the sound of water all around me made me thirstier than ever. Everything the masseuse did felt good - the head massage, face massage, shoulder massage, various hair washing techniques and some other surprises. I did not enjoy the jarring effect of having to stare at myself in the very brightly lit mirror at the end of the treatment while the masseuse wrangled my hard to manage hair into a "style" of sorts. I understand that they can't just send you into the cold evening with wet hair, but she was not a hair stylist, so I went out looking worse than I came in (which seemed impossible to achieve but was actually true).
