And I have generally been satisfied. Their folks come on time -- or offer to come early if they're ahead of schedule -- and are always pleasant and efficient. BUT they do one thing that drives me crazy: Instead of contacting the customer to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, their automated scheduler simply informs you that they're coming at X date and time. Because my schedule varies, that almost never works, and I have to waste my time contacting them to reschedule. When I complained about this once, they said, roughly, that they have to do it this way. No they don't. I've never encountered another business that operates this way and it's a constant source of frustration.

Well my opinion was they couldn't do it because it was a plantation house that poor people lived in, and they considered it to be a no pay account. My wife came home for the inspection, and the contract inspector that was to do the estimate judged her, and our house by what he saw. Again this is a plantation house, that we want to last a while. Unfortunately this company sends out inspectors who judge whether you can pay for their service, or not. After speaking to the inspector on the phone, It was clear he thought that our service wouldn't be paid for, and therefore he was not interested having his company waste their time on helping us, as obviously we wouldn't be able to pay. I think it is sad that a company like this that wants to help people with pest problems(termites), is so quick to judge their customers, and their worth by their residence, and their perceptions. I will not recommend this company to anyone, as Only God Can Judge.

All our attempts would only give us a little break in the house. The dogs were still bringing them in from outside attached to fur, and our garden was a dad only zone. We finally decided to try a professional and I wish we had called Ed sooner. We had an 85% reduction if fire ants in 3 days! Now it's been 2 weeks and I can't even remember the last time I've seen one. Ed came and walked around checking the scope of our infestation.
