communication was impossible, many attempts to contact , were responded in a passive aggressive…read moremanner , no customer service skills. a specific time frame was asked for and never given . made excuses cant find help , people out of office, was told that they were considering firing me as a client, because i wanted a more set time frame. after over 90 days of my trying to communicate with them. i sent email , phone message, facebook message that we need to meet again in person to set a time frame and no response. every chance was given to them. they cashed the the 631.00 down payment check though immediately. i would recommend you research the owners.
