Dylan came out within a day, looked it over, applied some caulk, and said, "Let's keep an eye on it." I have NEVER had this sort of dedication from a roofing company! After hours of research to learn what to consider...I had contact with many different contractors. I asked for and received written quotes for service from 11 (then stopped). The quotes for my project ranged GREATLY; with some contractors offering the same product for double or more cost. Product reviews showed many quality asphalt shingles. Since Owens-Corning shingles continue to receive high ratings for all around quality; and because I was totally satisfied with them after installed in 1996; I decided to stick with Owens-Corning. I chose ROOF ENFORCEMENTS for my project: -they are an Owens Corning preferred roofing contractor. -of the Owen-Corning preferred contractors their quote was the best; -their customer service satisfaction ratings were great (among the best I reviewed); -their Better Business Bureau rating was A+; -and, they are a local company and will be available if I have further needs. Roof Enforcements provided a detailed quote that explained the work to be done and costs. Andrea always took the time to communicate-providing information, answering questions, providing guidance, and coordinating. As the project coordinator she really went above and beyond to get everything correct, to make me feel comfortable, and to assure my customer satisfaction. Andrea and her team were highly commendable though each step of the process. Her crew was absolutely amazing, focused and hard-working, and they didn't rush any of the work; they took great care to get the job done right. The new roof and clean up was completed timely, professionally and with great quality. I can't say enough...throughout the process... from inquiry/inspection, completion of the work, to cleanup...it was an amazing experience. Our roof is solid and beautiful! And, I feel so comfortable going forward into my retirement years with a well-protected home. Ramon Manka, the "pro" that was sent, arrived in a small passenger car, rather than a truck or van. He was accompanied by Ruby, his assistant? girlfriend? Ramon quickly realized he forgot a tool and went home to get it. Meaning that he was, for all intents and purposes, late. Once the job was underway, materials were needed, which was anticipated. I used Zelle to send money to Ramon's personal account and his professional account. Then, after about an hour, I had to go to the home improvement store myself because Ramon thought he didn't have enough money, and he didn't have room to transport the materials, since, again no truck or van. I paid out of pocket and Ramon never returned the money I had transferred to him. At midnight, the job wasn't finished. The next day, Ramon sent an invoice for his extra time. I ignored the invoice, at the advice of Angi, which again, was the contractor. So Ramon picked up his stuff and left. The job was not only unfinished, but poorly done. Ramon claimed that the job was taking longer than agreed to. This was true. It was agreed to for 3.5 hours, and it had been 7. Even subtracting an hour for shopping and an hour for added difficulty, Ramon still had been working for 90 minutes over what had been agreed upon, and still wasn't finished. And Angi still added $200 to the fee to cover the additional time. All-in-all, 1 star. I would not hire again. And I am considering legal action to recover the money transferred to him, which was not used for supplies.

Don finally showed up and did a minor calk job. He told us to call back if we still had trouble. Well the next rainstorm the water leak was back. I left at least 6 messages and he never got back to us. My husband ended up going on the roof and doing some more calking. Not sure if that fixed the problem or not. I realize roofers are busy, but at least acknowledge the problem and agree to fix it at some point. What good is a warranty if no one ever calls you back for over 6 months?
