Unfortunately, a few of my plants died (same species) only 4-5 months after purchase, and the company has now failed to honor the word they gave me. Purchased 4-2026. I understand that there is stone in parts of my garden, but the stone is in no way obstructing or interfering with the areas where these plants were planted. The plants were properly placed in their designated garden beds, so I do not feel that the presence of stone is a fair reason to deny replacement. What is most disappointing is that I relied on what I was told when making my purchase. I expected the company to stand behind its plants and its word, especially when the plants failed within just a few months. Customer service and honoring commitments matter, and unfortunately, I feel that my experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope the company reconsiders its decision and does the right thing by replacing the plants as originally promised. If not, I would not purchase from them again and steer others away.

A few weeks after I spread the mulch on my garden a healthy crop of oat grass sprouted where I had spread the mulch. I called the store about the problem and the store representative blamed the problem on me, saying that I did not apply the product correctly. That is untrue. More importantly, the store representative refused to allow me to return the second unopened bale because I had not kept the receipt for the product. Very disappointing customer service from a store that sold a clearly defective product and refused to take any responsibility for doing so. Customers beware.

The employee at the register scratched off the back for me to read the number. He scratched so hard that a couple of the numbers weren't readable and so the gift card couldn't be redeemed. None of this was my fault, but the rude manager lady who came up to try and help this kid said I'm out of luck. I said none of this was my fault and they needed to let me have the merchandise after taking the money from my friend who bought me the gift card. She refused. Rudely. Then her manager, Mike came to the register and he said no as well. What a waste of money for my friend who was just trying to do something nice for me. That store sucks. I always have a bad experience there. I'm never shopping there again. If you're the farming type and live near Orange, MA, I highly recommend Greenfield Farmers Cooperative Exchange. Dale has some solid experience with these machines and installed everything in my complex yard to ensure it would work flawlessly, which it does. It is great to get the personal and hands on support for a job like this. He buried the wire, set up the app and the mower does it's job.
