Container arrived on time and was placed exactly where I need it. I received a phone call asking if I needed a pickup which I didn't need yet, because it was bigger than what I needed. Then the Friday before last I got home to find the container was gone I thought maybe my contactor called to remove it, so I call him, he said no and that he still needed it. So I checked my phone for messages and found that I received two calls. One stating that if I need a pick up to please call, so I assumed maybe they came to dump it for me, then I heard second message telling me if I didn't call by 5 they were taking the container. Being 5:15 on Memorial weekend I didn't call back thinking they would be closed for the weekend. I was very busy Tuesday and forgot to call so on Wednesday I messaged them that the contract stated only if I called would the container be picked up and asked how could they fix this. No reply to my email.No call and no email. customer service isn't important to them. I was charged $5 a day after the ten days I had it for a month due to contractor scheduling issues. I would say by how I, a paying customer was treated, if they can make more money off of someone else kiss your container good bye. They didn't reply to a private email maybe this will get reply. Then she proceeded to keep on talking to her coworkers and other customers, and he could hear her in the background keep saying" I don't think being asked to be put on hold is that much to ask for", in a very snarky tone. It seemed as though she was unaware he could hear everything the whole time. After about 20 minutes of listening to her talking to everyone but him and still being on hold, she then hung up! So my husband called back about 6 times, but they kept either hanging up or ending it without answering some how. VERY rude. My advice?
