Because she only put the phone down, he could hear everything she was saying. She started talking and he thought it was to him so he began telling her what he wanted to purchase, and she responded with "excuse me all I said was hold." Then she proceeded to keep on talking to her coworkers and other customers, and he could hear her in the background keep saying" I don't think being asked to be put on hold is that much to ask for", in a very snarky tone. It seemed as though she was unaware he could hear everything the whole time. After about 20 minutes of listening to her talking to everyone but him and still being on hold, she then hung up! So my husband called back about 6 times, but they kept either hanging up or ending it without answering some how. VERY rude. My advice? Take your business elsewhere because there are plenty of other good flowers stores in the area.

She asked if a garden-style arrangement would be appropriate and what I wanted to spend. Five minutes and $30 later, I left with a giant bouquet of the most beautiful fresh flowers. I was actually able to separate it into 3 smaller bouquets when I got home, and received many compliments on them from my guests. I would definitely recommend this place, and plan to come back again!
