The front desk staff were surprisingly chill and efficient--I barely had time to finish my paperwork before they called me back. I've been to places in Queens where you're sitting there for an hour past your appointment time, but they really seem to respect your schedule here. The doctor I saw was awesome too. They actually listened to my concerns and explained things in plain English instead of just rushing out the door to the next patient. Thanks to being a graceless galumph, I fell on Queens Boulevard last Friday, skinning and scraping…read moremy legs. Thank goodness Forest Hills and Doctor Lum were across the street! I hobbled over and with the help of Tiera, Erica, and Doctor Lum, my wounds were cleaned up and bandaged. I returned on Monday because a piece of gauze was stuck in place and it hurt when I tried to remove it. Tiera, Chris, and Shawna worked on my legs to dress my wounds painlessly ~ what a wonderful team! We've headed to Forest Hills Urgent Care when we need a doctor for years and I'm grateful to have them directly across the street.
