She's amazing at working her magic with microdermabrasion and laser (light) therapy. She's very experienced, has a great bedside manner, and her staff is nothing short of spectacular. Alexis, her office manager, is extremely helpful and professional. She made it super easy to set up an appointment and made sure we were fully aware and informed of our procedures every step of the way. So yeah, we are really excited to have started our make-overs with Dr. Arsenous. In a nutshell, Dr. Arsenous offers an ample array of cosmetic treatments and packages to help improve and freshen-up your look, such as IPL, Botox, fillers (Radiesse, Sculptra, Juviderm, etc). She also offers fancier procedures like fat transfer to the face and other areas, liposuction, breast augmentation - You name it. We received so much information during our first visit I was compelled to share my experience. Not only that, she happens to offer ALL of these services at her beautiful office/surgicenter which is conveniently located in Glendale, Queens. If you're not familiar with this area, know this place is not in the middle of the "hustle and bustle" part of town. Rather in the quiet, more serene part of Queens. Just minutes away from Atlas Mall. Moreover, our experience with the laser treatment - to fade away discoloration, fine lines and tighten lose skin - was ideal. The produce itself was 45 mins for me and 1hr for my mom. The laser doesn't burn at all, it's more of a warm flow of air over your face? It's kind of hard to describe, but the bottom line is it's painless! Although we could see some improvement right after the procedure, it will take another 3-4 weeks to see the real, more permanent, results. She is very thorough and had diagnosed me with Thyroid problems Dr. Deniscu my Pain Management savior, is so well informed with my medical and Physical history. I've know this brilliant gentleman for 5 years and he has done miracles when it came to my knee replacement and now working on my Lumbar etc. He is sweet,kind,understanding and caring. Whenever I go to Emu health. it feels like home. All the staff members upstairs are so sweet. I know most of them because I get all my surgeries done all on one place. The receptionist are so delightful and makes me feel at home. There is one huge problem. Genisis the receptionist who lite up the entire office with her presence, is no longer at Emu. All the receptionist at Emu Health are so sweet. Yashika and Genises made this office feel like family. The replacements for these two secretaries that left an impact on me and several others ,were and are bad choices. The Gentleman who pics up the calls and sets appointments like Genises use to do is not professional at all and should not call for appointments which was canceled by him for Dr. Deniscu . He's made several mistakes and apologized. He speaks to quickly loke he's in a hurry to get another call. Not a social person. In my opinion, I can relate more to patients than he can. I've done volunteer work at NYU and recognize professionalism With all the improvements made to make patients comfortable in the new renovated offices, failure to hire someone in the front desk with no welcoming skills should be placed somewhere else. I'm only speaking on the social workers are very nice too. The manager there is very nice. The receptionist are excellent too. I'm only giving reviews on people that I think that are very nice and I go there every month. They have clean bathrooms wheelchair accessibility when you come in before you go upstairs the people over there are very nice. They ask you for your ID, but they are so kind. Thank you very much for the kind service that I get for the people that I mentioned. I know this another person in that building that I didn't recognize and I'd rather not comment but I guess you'll figure it out. I had to put it off for years...because I didn't want to do it. To me it is the most disgusting and embarrassing examination you.can ever have......but then faith stepped in...Dr. Sioco went on vacation and his son Dr. Louie took over....he looked at my chart and said...you have been putting off your Colonoscopy exams for years...I didn't say a word and before I can answer he made an appointment for me to see Dr.Cintron. Next thing I know I was there for the procedure. Did'nt even know it was done....the worst part was the preparation...taking this gallon of Colyte. I was so glad I took this test. It saved my life. They found a large polyp that was removed during the process., that proved to be cancerous. I had beaten the odds. Had I procrastinate for another year I would not be here yelping. Thanks to Dr. Cintron and his staff. His secretary Carmen is a very efficient assistant. Their office is conveniently located in Grand St. The # 58 bus stops there. I go there for check ups and has to go back early next year.
