It took so much out of me to convince him I was in pain until he finally did a basic assessment. He then realized I was telling the truth when he said he felt swelling inside my knee. Then, he ordered an MRI, which NEVER HAPPENED because no one ever called my insurance to get "approval," even after a whole week. I went to a different doctor who took my pain seriously, and I got an MRI right away! Turns out I do have a ligament tear and this uncaring, irresponsible, negligent doctor was a joke and waste of my time.

I walked in around 10:15am on a whim since I was in the neighborhood and asked if I someone was available for a massage. The man let me know that he was the only one there at the moment and asked if I preferred a woman masseuse. I told him it didn't bother me, but I appreciated him letting me know/asking since many other women might not necessarily feel comfortable expressing that concern. I decided to do a 60 minute combo, 40 mins of back and 20 of feet, for $50. I wish I could remember the man's name, but he was excellent! I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time. He would check in to make sure the pressure was ok and would adjust accordingly. He also is super knowledgeable about he different muscles and human anatomy in general. He asked me if I had trouble breathing often, in which I replied that I have asthma and also just recently got over bronchitis. He said he could tell based on certain pressure points in my back (!) and recommended I try eating a chinese mushroom every day to help clear my airways, he even wrote the name down and everything! Very sweet and helpful of him. He also gave other recommendations based on what tensions he could feel throughout my body, this guy knows his stuff! My only complaint would be that the back rooms where you lay for the back massages are pretty chilly. There was a heater right next to my bed but I was still cold. But overall, I truly enjoyed the massage and felt significantly better afterwards. It's definitely worth it for the price. I will definitely be going back!

Never touched and examined my extremely sprained ankle of the fracture in my foot. Wrapped me in a bandage and sent me on my way. Gave me a CD supposedly of my xrays that at home were blank. Never mailed a replacement CD as requested to their staff by me. He gave me a CD if "I wanted to get a 2nd opinion". What doctor does that without being asked? Thank God I did. My current doctor gave a thorough exam, checked my foot carefully and ankle. Showed me xrays and the space in mm they were separated and decided to see if it would heal without surgery. Also, gave me a boot to wear. Using crutches for weeks to stay off foot and now can walk in the boot. I do not need surgery and am going to a real doctor & professional that didn't just want to do surgery for the dollars. Do NOT use Dr. DiTrolio. And the bill from them to the insurance company was much higher that my current doctor. Run the other way!

There is no reason why any patient who's reporting a sudden change or concerns should be given a blanket statement and not be allowed to be active in the conversation about their own health... The front desk reception are polite, but the attending physicians and assistants aren't as good as when Dr. Lisa McLeod was still there. I was told that she practices in northern Westchester now.
