They did not have a working horse trailer during a serious fire. They reached out to people on Facebook to come help evacuate. They withheld food from my horse. Any rain and it was impossible to get down the long dirt road to their property without a heavy duty truck. They would turn out their horses in the arena so if you wanted to ride, you were excited to put them away yourself. And finally when I had to euthanize my horse on the 9th of the month, they wanted payment for the entire month because I didn't give them 30 days notice.

I made an appointment and I thought that it was related to something that she ate as her diet had recently changed, however, after an x-ray and bloodwork, it was determined that this was not the case. Unfortunately, a back issue from 4 years ago had resurfaced and was causing Molly discomfort. A prescription was given for some pain medication and a prescription for bed rest was given. She has been to the doctor a couple of more times in the last few weeks for check ups and for the last 6 days, Molly has been able to sleep through the night without getting vocal and seems a lot more comfortable than she was before. I appreciate the fact that I was able to call my wife during her breaks from work and that both doctors were able to explain to her what was going on. It's stressful to see your animal being uncomfortable but because of Dr. Pryor and Dr. Alfaro, Molly is on the road to recovery and is showing improvement. I had an amazing experience with this veterinary office when my Pomeranian fractured a tooth and…read moreneeded to have it extracted. I called the office and they were able to get her in the very same day for an exam, which I really appreciated. Dr. Alfaro was incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it came to sedation. She took her time explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such capable hands. The facility itself is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. On the day of surgery, the team called me several times to go over the treatment plan and keep me informed. After taking X-rays, they discovered that she had another root tip that also needed to be removed, and they called me again to explain the findings and discuss the additional treatment before proceeding. I really appreciated how thorough and communicative they were throughout the entire process. Overall, the experience was truly 10/10. My Pomeranian received excellent care, and I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. They are also very reasonably priced, which is an added bonus. Her Golden Retriever sister will definitely be switching to them soon! I highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and affordable care for their pets.

Since his retirement and passing there has been a couple different doctors but they seem to have settled on Dr. Ray. I've taken our 2 pugs in to see him recently and he seems to be a very nice, competent veterinarian and so far I feel comfortable with his suggestions for our girls. We will be back in soon to finish off our new puppy's shots and have her spayed.

Mel, Crystal and Dr. Ray are great! Really all of the employees are great! I'm not sure why people say they are rude. I've never experienced that. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. I highly recommend this vet for your pets. I love hearing them sweet talk my dog when he is there getting treatment. They really do like animals and it shows.
