Thank you Agua Santa for the special table and balloons on my birthday!
Evan C.

This place is definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant in Cancún. The prices are very affordable and the ambiance is absolutely amazing - especially at sunset. I came here twice with my family on consecutive evenings and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. The owner and family was even kind enough to set up a special table for my birthday on the second evening! The food is awesome, and I love the new food that they are developing for he menu. I've been coming to Cancún annually for more than fifteen years now, and Agua Santa definitely helped make my birthday this year super special. I highly recommend checking out this new place - it's got a great vibe, is family owned, and has awesome service. Try the mojitos here too - they're awesome!

I love this place !!! The view and location is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing and supercool. The food is fresh and delicious!! It's a must visit place when in Cancun ! The sunsets are the best I've ever seen. My husband fell in love with the Chamorro ( pork shank) it fell of the bone and so very tasty , the pear pizza is devine, the rib eye tacos were the tastiest tacos I've ever had and lastly the passion fruit pie was heavenly!! All in all it's excellent. The service is really good and they are all very attentive.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Agua Santa! We went when the restaurant first opened early this year and each time we come back to vacation in Cancun we go back. The food and drinks are so delicious, as well as reasonably priced and the service cannot be topped. Everyone is so friendly, personable, accommodating and professional. The employees as well as the atmosphere makes it extremely enjoyable. I cannot get over how beautiful the deck and view is. It's so modern and comfortable and cozy. It's definitely lots of fun, yet very relaxing and zen as well. Unfortunately we are leaving Cancun in a few days, but we will definitely be back a few more times before then to enjoy some amazing food, drinks and beautiful scenery! Thanks everyone at Agua Santa for the hospitality!!!

Wonderful sunset

We came here on our first night. It definitely has an intimate romantic vibe about it. We loved watching the sunset. We agreed it was more seafood than Italian food.

Ceviche was AMAZING

This is a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Cancun. If you are looking for a lovely view, relaxing atmosphere, and impeccable service this is the place to go. We came in just for drinks and ended up getting the Ceviche. Let's just say AMAZING. We made reservations for dinner the same day. We are excited to get off the resort and enjoy some amazing eats.

This is a brand new (16 days as of this review) Italian restaurant located in the Hotel District of Cancun. The have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is on the water next to a marina. My wife and I "stumbled" onto the place when the restaurant we were heading to was closed for a private party. Lucky for us that it was! We started with the tuna trataré which was divine! Marinated in citrus and topped with sesame seeds. The food presentation was very professional and the serving sizes are appropriate. The servers are very attentive and eager to please. Only two recommendations: a pepper mill would be a welcome offering when the salads are served and linen napkins. We will definitely come back!

New restaurant in Cancun atmosphere is out of this world beautiful view the food is wonderful

New hotspot in Cancun atmosphere super laid-back beautiful sunsets the food is great very reasonable price for being in such a great location service is excellent

Pizza was more than enough for 2.

The electricity was out on what seemed like most of the hotel zone but because they cook mostly with gas, they remained open. The staff and owners were Incredible, especially out server, Jose. They gave us free drink coupons when we left and couldn't have been nicer. The food was also very good, and after eating Mexican for 5 days straight, welcomed change. I would highly recommend Agua Santa and would definitely return.

The lunch sesh has begun and we're going to give their signature Italian Restaurant a proper go at it. Welcome to Verenna Let's get right into it. Shall we. First up is the Bread - Crust is a light and crispy. Olive oil is delicate. Its a great combo. 7/10 2nd on the list is the Spaghetti Amatriciana - Pasta was perfect. The sauce is a bit salty. Accuracy is a little off. Also i found a piece of twig twig in my mouth. 5.2/10 Last but not the least is the Tiramisu - Tasted like it came out of a box. Some of the icing embellishments with the fruit is too sweet as well. Sorry, but it's a 5 for me. The restaurant was nicely laid out with the al fresco motif. The service was pretty good, just a bit lacking on intuitiveness. I had to ask for plates and cutlery when we were on the bread phase. But overall not a big deal. If you ever make it to the Live Aqua resort in cancun, do give this spot a proper go at it and let me know what you think. Hit that follow for more food and travel by yours truly. With its all glass walls, the space was elegant and inviting. The kitchen was all glass so you can see the chefs preparing the food. We didn't have reservations, but the hostess found us a great table. Our main server was Alejandro and he was more than helpful in making sure we ordered what we wanted. With Italian food, I also prefer very good Italian wine versus a cocktail. He pointed me to 2 red wines that were bold and heavy as I requested. Both were just OK, but expensive. Wines by the bottle was ridiculously high. Regardless, he was great in steering me to the type of dishes more suited to what I was asking for and not just the most expensive. This restaurant has been highly recommended by my brother and sister in law for years. They had told us it was one of the best Italian food they have had anywhere. But, In its previous location, it just looked a bit stuffy for a CANCÚN vacation meal. At its new location, though it was still upscale, it seemed more approachable to us somehow. We just came back from a 10 day vacation at the Amalfi coast, and Rome, Italy. We found the pastas at Cenacolo to be comparable if not better. We had bruschetta, Ragu spaghetti, lasagna, and their chocolate soufflé. We had read that the soufflé was outstanding so we ordered 2. We were NOT disappointed with any of the food items.

Guacamole was perfectly prepared, and all meals come with tortilla chips and a variety of salsas on a decorative boat tray. The tuna steak and Salmon with Lime Sauce were prepared perfectly and were both tasty and high quality. Sadly, the food was so delicious and filling we had no room to try the desserts. When it was delivered it was WELL DONE. This was sent back and then 2 male waiters came to deliver same steak and tried to "educate" on cutting a steak (against the grain in middle...no sh!t). They wouldn't let us take picture of it. Steak was still WELL DONE and they proceeded to argue (even though no pink at all on 1st and minimal on next). Finally they took back and refired and it was ok (nothing special). Ruined dinner. Roberto (Mgr) came to see how meal was and wanted to argue that the first one really weren't wrong and we just didn't cut them right...(guess how that went over) They brought out a "celebration desert" which we ate a bit and thanked them for it but damage had been done. That will be last time we go there as it's pricey and this experience wasn't good. Learn temperatures of steak and don't send multiple people to argue if kitchen makes a mistake (it was a mistake). The pros: Lemon palate cleansing sorbet and Stephanie (waitress) was good and if it weren't for her, we would've walked away. That is it.

But now we really love it here, primarily because of the great service, as well as the pastas and meaty dishes. Dining & Atmoshphere: ~ White table cloth dining. Very elegant, not dim and romantic, but comfortable. "Table for two" tables might be fairly close together, but when you stay at this resort, you'll usually recognize who you're sitting next to because you probably met at the pool lol. And we've met a lot of cool people here too. They also set up tables for large groups if needed. Reservations are recommended for dinner. Plus, dressing up appropriately is required! Bellà Antipasti, Secondi, & Primis: ~ They start you off with a freshly baked olive bread loaf, meant for dipping in olive oil / balsamic. Love it when bread comes out hot! We also tried the Beef Carpacci, which were soft beef slices with a peppery saltiness! Good stuff! The Truffle Arancini were crunchy parmesan rice balls that were tasty. As for the Mussels in White Wine, mmm mmm loved the garlic sauce it was in! And we always ordered the Duo Cream Soup, which is simply refreshing! ~ For Secondi, we had tried the Chicken Parmigiana, which was OK. Nothing special imo. Same with the Pork Chop, which was a bit well-done for my pallet. The more flavorful stuff was the Lamb Shank and the Ossobuco with Milanese Risotto; OMG, these two dishes were amazing! Our two favorites of all! What I didn't get to try was the Katafi Shrimp. This popular dish must have gone past our table at least seven times. Gotta order it next time. ~ As for Primi dishes, we've enjoyed the Truffle Risotto! The Lasagna Bolognese was meaty goodness heavily covered in melted mozzarella. The Truffle Fettuccine is always a winning choice. Add some chicken to it. The Pesto Gnocchi is chewy and enjoyable! Pass on the Shrimp Ravioli as well as the Beef Cannelloni. They were good, just not as satisfying as the other Primi dishes. Tl;DR Bellà Restaurant has a variety of Italian dishes from pastas, to seafood, risottos plates, to tender meaty dishes, and they can make my gluten-free friends happy with that option. Dining here is clean and pleasant. Service by the staff and our wine som has been nothing short of excellent! Compliments to the chef! There's just so many good choices on the menu. So you can't go wrong eating here. Some dishes are a good-sized portion, but some are small enough to try if you wanna order another. Overall, we love it here!
