Well, every employee is overstressed, embarrassed to the point that they regularly talk about about their pay, their politics, all while arguing about weather their dogs should be able to be inside the business during open hours. The parking lot speaks volumes, even before you enter the space. Dirty, weeds everywhere. Today I had two loads of laundry, watched customers with dirt covered bins use the carts from inside to get them inside, only to take my laundry out of the washers to find that there was not a single working dryer to use as they had all been labeled employee dryers (obviously they care about only the fluff and fold service) and all others were broken. It may be the only place to do laundry in Bridgton, but I'd recommend you wash your clothes in the sink rather than go anywhere near this hell hole. Every experience here has been negative. What a bargain as well as a find. There was 23 of us for the class. The students were very intent to learning how to do the moves correctly. Since it was my first time everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. I can see why my Mom loves it and so do I. If I lived here you wouldn't have to ask me twice to go as I would run to sign up. The group was very engaged in the process and would ask a lot of questions. The teacher was very good and the best part is you could go at your own pace no pressure. Not like the classes I have attended previously where they call you out by name. In fact I found it to be very relaxing and soothing and left with more inner calm which I was desperately seeking.

We had an emergency septic issue this past week where we could not use any toilets, sink, washer,…read moreshower - nothing! Allen from Doyon came to our house, analyzed the situation and figured out it was a frozen pipe outside - under 3 feet of snow and frozen ground. He helped us dig into the frozen ground to thaw the pipe. We hit a snag when he realized the pipe had a fork - and was creative, thoughtful - and hearty - enough to dig into the ground in another spot to get to the offending ice. Meanwhile the temperature was minus 10 with the wind chill. We are so pleased and thankful to Doyon for sticking with this problem and fixing it!

Even though neither of them knew me, Dennis was amazing. He took care of the problem, billed me and set up a permanent fix with literally no effort from me.
