Well that has changed, thanks to a neighbor who informed me that Guerry Lumber can supply me in most of everything i need, plus they are very customer service oriented, and very professionally involved. I just had to try these guys out, so I made a phone call and spoke with Matthew Price, he presented me with everything i needed. I wanted to order some concrete and requested it be delivered. I also informed Matthew that my neighbor was having some lumber material delivered and was wondering if it could be loaded onto the same truck, since i live right across from where the load was going. Matthew put me on hold, and a few seconds he returned to the line to inform me that he could make that happen. Friday afternoon the concrete was delivered. Sunday the concrete was poured, and Tuesday afternoon Guerry Lumber picked up the concrete that I did not use. Everyone who I spoke with in the small window of time, Kevin the delivery manager, Chase, who helped when Matthew was not available, and the young Lady whose name has failed me, she sent me to the right people and was extremely knowledgeable of the companies operations. It all started with her, and I do apologize for not remembering her name. One last thing, all of you created a very great customer service environment and what really makes you stand above the rest, is how your personal interactive with customers, not once did I hear a ROBOT voice directing me to press this number or that number, That was great, thank you again. They say they'll fix it. Well it's been 2 1/2 months and they haven't. They ordered the wrong door for the garage. Again they say they'll deal with it, but it's been a month and a half. However, the worse problem we've had is that they gave us bids for the job and EVERY item has cost more. They say they will look into the price variations, but I will probably have to sue them. They think that because they don't have a lot of competition they can get away with bait and switch along with poor service

We recently completed a major renovation on our home due to Hurricane Matthew. We made the…read moreunfortunate decision to use Grayco for our Anderson sliding glass doors. One of the door panels was damaged on arrival -- it was clearly from a different lot and no quality control had been performed by Grayco before delivery to our home. In fact, we did not discover the defect until the old doors were removed and we were forced to install the damaged door. Anderson replaced the door several months later due to Grayco's lack of follow through. We also had to order an additional screen door that we had forgotten to order. It took months for this simple screen door to arrive. It was installed while we were away for a couple of hours, and when we returned and attempted to open the screen door, it would not move. It is completely inoperable and no one at Grayco is able to assist. Their customer service is beyond bad -- it appears that they just don't care. Please consider that we paid for our merchandise in full without delay and, as you can imagine, this was not an insignificant amount of money. With all of the stress and hassle associated with a hurricane renovation, it is almost inconceivable that Grayco would provide such poor customer service and general disrespect.

The store is a decent size but not huge. I'd say about a quarter of the place is wood but they also have cabinets, paint, doors, rugs, loads of decor and more. If you're renovating a house, this is the place for you! They were having a rug sale the day I was there. The 3x5 rugs were $5 and 5x7 rugs were only $14.99 - all were really great quality! I feel like that's a steal of a deal! I'll definitely be back.
