We all understand how agency's are and their "great customer service." Hillary takes her job seriously and will not push you away, will not reject your calls (PRIDESTAFF) and will make sure you are the right fit for the job. She is not just a recruiter to collect a paycheck, you can really see her passion for helping people and the organization meet their needs. I know many people that have been a temp employee for more than a year and it is not their fault. It is the staffing agency not doing their job. My take from my fair share of experiences with agencys is: - clearly explain what you want, and do not just take any job -work with a great & PASSIONATE recruiter (you can sense it from the first few minutes during the interview) -If there is not a position for you at the time, do not kick them away. Hillary will keep you in the loop if there is any positions that fits your needs, and she will let you know as soon as she hears something. How are you a staffing agency that doesn't bother checking people's certifications and résumés before sending out random non-applicable jobs? I don't know why it is impossible for the people running to front desk to check their files, but they clearly have no organizational system at all because every single time I talk to a person they have no idea job I'm looking for, what I'm certified in, what my résumé is, what I went to school for, what pay rate I would like, and have to ask me all of these questions again every single time, even though I have sent in my résumé over email and on their website twice. Anyway, I schedule a virtual interview for this position despite their inability to read their own requirements. it's supposed to be for today, 10/12 at 10 AM and I wait for an hour for her to show up, only she never did. I called them and they said oh we never had any scheduled appointments for today. So whoever was manning the front desk at 10/9 at 1:40 PM clearly needs to be fired for being completely incapable of using a calendar. These people are incredibly unorganized and have no idea how to do anything, apparently. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them.

I remember going to eastridge years back and never getting any help. Recruiters were rude and…read moredisrespectful ... they were so unprofessional and it always seemed like they didn't care about helping anyone. I've worked with staffing agencies in the past and I know how it works but I always felt this specific one never made an effort to help. So my brother recently lost his job and found out he was having a baby as well, I remembered Eastridge and told him about it... I thought hey maybe things would be different, maybe the staff has been changed up a bit. Sure enough it was. We were greeted by Angie at the front desk which was very personable and easy to talk to. I explained to her how I had been there before and told her my horror stories. She apologized and expressed concern. When my brother came out of the interview room he was told he would get a call back. Literally three hours later he got a call to start work the following week. We were so pleased with the outcome and he kept saying that his recruiter Claudia was knowledgeable and seemed like she truly cared to help him find employment.
