Beth was an absolute dream to work with!…read more She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect chandelier for our foyer. Once we found the one we loved, Beth noticed they had two floor models. Naturally, I asked--okay, practically begged--if we could purchase one. She spoke with her manager, worked her magic, and we were able to leave with it! But she didn't stop there. Beth securely strapped herself onto what can only be described as a monstrosity of a machine and safely removed the chandelier for us. She then cleaned it up, spoke with her manager about getting us a small discount since it was a floor model, and made sure we were all set before sending us on our way. Her willingness to help, attention to detail, and genuine effort to make sure we were taken care of really stood out. She absolutely deserves kudos for a job well done! Thank you, Beth, for making what could have been a complicated purchase such a wonderful experience. You're a gem!

Finally my guy just threw up his hands and left. Too bad, as we have another 13 doors + 17 windows that are getting refurbished/restored. Tradesmen is very old school, but it works. Whether it's for a home project or something at work, Tradesman has what you need. My only gripe is that they don't have a website. It doesn't need to be something with a list of everything they stock, but just a few pages with a general list of the types of items they have would suffice. I wouldn't have known about them at all if it wasn't for word of mouth from some of the senior members of the team I work with.
