We had a very old system and desperately needed the upgrade. Every single part of our experience was seamless, professional, and excellent! We called on a Friday and we had a crew working the next week, completing the process in just two days. From the start of working with King, it was easy! John D. came to our home, explaining what we had, what was needed and what options we had to get the most from our hvac system. He was polite, professional and very informative. He wasn't just selling stuff to sell it, he really gave us confidence from the start, knowing his information and being able to explain the options and different brands and systems to us. We were even able to get a new filter system that only needs changed once a year to save on replacement costs. We also now have a working humidifier system too! Then meeting the install pros, like Mike W. He continued to add to my confidence in King Heating and Cooling. He came in very friendly introducing himself and his crew (he did this any time a new tech would come out), explaining what would happen, answering questions I had going into the install day, and was very respectful of my property (asking where they could park, laying down protective sheets to cover flooring & stairs and they all wore booties over their boots to make sure and show the upmost respect and politeness). I appreciated that and actually didn't even expect that! I also was grateful of how John D came to make sure all was going well on the job. What company do you know of that provides this type of quality assurance, none that I know! King is different, they're not only experienced, but they go above and beyond for their customers! Mike W made sure to help set up our new thermostat and walked me through the app process and answered all questions. The whole experience was exceptional! It's a huge purchase and you want to have confidence that every part of the process is smooth. King knows just how to do that. They have a very kind office staff that welcomes you in and creates a pleasant phone experience too. They also provide updates any time your technician is coming out, sending you a text with their picture and a bio about them. I loved that. Taking extra safety precautions like this is important in our world today. I'm so happy we went with King Heating and Cooling! We'd recommend them to everyone! From start to finish, you will be taken care of with professionalism, expertise and excellence!

We got a recommendation from a local neighborhood group for this company and saw reviews on here. I guess I should have been drawn away when the owner, Frank, called the other company that we had out for an estimate previously, idiots. I chalked it up to him being honest and older. No, it was a sign that he is unprofessional. I understand being busy, but my husband and I had to call him back to schedule times. He fumbled through a notebook to find us. This should have told us that we would not get any kind of invoice or receipt. I wrote down all that we wanted done in clear outlined details due to me being at work and my husband supervising. It was repeatedly asked for the 2 of them to keep their masks on in our basement as we didn't have airflow. My husband asked about covering some of our belongings due to them being collectable and we were told it wasn't needed, but they did indeed get dirty. A wall was mis-cut for a switch in the basement and it was not made aware, in fact Frank made a point to gloat about his expertise and what a great deal we got. There were 3 screws on the floor under a light that was put on in the wrong direction then was asked. There was debris all over the floor and our bed, pieces of wire and dust as well. 2 wires were fed into one breaker into the junction box. This is a code violation and fire hazard. Frank told my husband that the existing lights in the basement couldn't be used in our laundry room due to them being a fire hazard but when I got home he told me I could use them. I called him on that. I also asked them to please wear the masks properly the next day as we could not afford to even get the regular flu. Frank proceeded to tell his opinion on people who choose to not get the vaccine. This is unprofessional. As was arguing with his son in our home all day. I called him later that evening and told him we didn't wish for them to return to finish and asked what we owed them. He said "I guess I had that coming!" He sent Robert to get the check and he apologized for his father's behavior stating he was "old, didn't know when to shut-up and was about 1 year from retiring". Still unprofessional. When I called another licensed, bonded and insured company with professionals who insist on wearing masks, booties, clean appearance, manners and write up proposals, they stated that the wires in the breaker box were not to code and had to be fixed 1st. I called Frank and he became agitated and rude. He said the company didn't know what they were talking about. He didn't know who they were. I refused to give the name, not his business. He said he did professional work and that I got a great deal. He told me it didn't matter, he knows everyone. He told me to stop harassing him and get a lawyer. I called him right back. I told him I would like a couple hundred dollars refund for the cut marks he left in the wall that will be difficult to fix and the breaker box. He said I was "way off he mark". He told me to have the other company call him and he could tell them how to do it for $20. I told him he was unprofessional and hung up. I never mentioned a lawyer. I just wanted some funds back since I was having to fix something that he did incorrectly as well as he made unprofessional mistakes on my wall. Please stay away from this company!

I initially contacted All Things Electrical to repair the wires in my weatherhead after a tree fell…read moreon our power lines. He came out within 30 minutes and got to work. He then discovered that the Ameren contractors messed up and crossed our wires. He corrected Ameren's mistake and and called Ameren himself and waited with me until Ameren came out to verify and restore power. As it turns out, when the Ameren contractors hooked up the wires incorrectly it destroyed some of the electrical items in my home. So I also had him come out and replace our bathroom fan and a GFCI that Ameren's people destroyed. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member without hesitation!

I needed a person to look at my home electrical. My water heater fried so bad it had flame marks all over the top. The plumber said I needed my electrical box checked out because my breaker didn't work and could of made my home burn. So I waited a few days for the plumber. But he came right on the time he said he would come. Then after him telling me that I need everything checked out. I called to get a person to check the electric. Casey answered the phone and said he would be at my house at 7:30am. Well at 8am I called and left a message to call me or text if he was coming because I needed to let my work know when I was going to be there or if he wasn't coming I would just go to work. NEVER called back. I have called 5-6 times over the day and no returned calls. I am not a mean person so if he would of called or texted and said something came up I would of been ok with that and we could of found another date or I could of called someone else. But no no calls or text. I think this is so low. I would of worked with him but I needed my electric checked out so my house wouldn't burn, So I can take a shower and run my dishwasher. but I can't. I had my hopes up that I wouldn't have to go the guy to shower. I explained all of this to Casey. When someone or business gives you their word and then puts you in more of a bind, that isn't good. Now I have someone coming I hope on Tuesday. Wish me luck. But Casey isn't a man of his word. Sorry to say.
