Sensitive thoughtfulness was at work when this spa was designed to serve people who wish to bring back what aging takes away. What I always notice first entering a clinic is the temperature, the scent and the lighting. Perfect. Then I am offered a moist lavender cloth on a little tray and something to drink. This is a one year post-procedure update. I have spent so much time, money and energy trying to get my face back to the way it was before I made the decision to get Sylfirm X with Ageless MD. I am still suffering from skin texture issues, pockets of fat loss and scarring. They told me to expect one day of downtime but a year later and my skin is still damaged. I've recently been made aware that Ageless MD was cited for false advertising by the Medical Board of California. If I had known that this business was engaged in the dishonest practice of influencing online reviews I never would have called them. I'm attaching the citation issued by the Medical Board of California. I'm also attaching a picture of my skin before the procedure and a one year updated after picture. You can see the damage this procedure did to my face. I feel deceived by AgelessMD and by Yelp who has allowed this deceptive advertising to continue. I came to Dr. Tsay after extensive research into the possibilities of reshaping my nose after undergoing multiple surgeries, several rounds of nose filler at other medspas, and then several rounds of dissolving my old nose filler. He offered a unique approach via Kenalog Nose slimming injections that completely fixed my asymmetric, bulbous tip, which is something that my 2 previous rhinoplasties were unable to accomplish. Dr. Tsay does amazing work! I get a decent amount of Botox in my face...forehead (where I get the most)., including my pesky "11" lines, "Jelly roll" for undereye area, a little in my nose..it is a small amount and just helps my nose look a little bit more petite, as well as the jawline which not only gives a more "snatched" look..I grind my teeth a little at night, which in turn was causing extreme migraines. Since getting Botox in that area..my migraines have improved by about 90%. I also get a "brow lift" which helps with "crows feet". He does not try to sell me into getting more and he will go a little more "natural", but if you tell him go all in (like I did), he will! If you want a little touch up after 3 weeks, he says he will do at no cost. My lip injections were so very painful until he started doing them. He made it so I experienced very little to almost no pain! My lips have never looked better, even when I was 20 years younger! I have been getting carded more frequently. The girl at Trader Joe's was floored when I told her I was 48! I used to say I would never get Botox. And then age happens. I finally decided at 47 to just try it! I was shocked how virtually painless Botox is (for me and most people I know who get it). I don't think I even need numbing. If you are not sure about lip Injections...try a lip flip first I LOVE this process. It is a small amount of botox units and makes a big difference.. at least for me. I know everybody is different. I would highly recommend getting Botox and lip filler here, by Dr Tsay! His staff is very kind and helpful as well. They also use text which I love! I can honestly say getting Botox was one or my best decisions! Added bonus...I got a pretty good discount and some expensive skin care products for free. They offer a great program. Over the years, I noticed that I was starting to have sun spots and freckles. It worsened as I got older. I've tried over the counter serums, essence and creams to help minimize the appearance of sun spots and noticed very little improvement. I decided to make an appointment with ageless md to get a consultation on treatments to help minimize sun spots, reduce wrinkles,reduce pore size and even my skin tone. I met with Mika and she suggested BBL laser with moxie. I bought a package of three sessions. First session: my first session was on 12/29/2023. It's a very lengthy process. The first treatment consisted of BBL LASER. BBL helps reduce sun spots and freckles. The laser treatment was not painful. The only part that scared me was when Mika would zap the sun spots and freckles. During the treatment, my eyes were covered and I couldn't tell when the zapping would occur. When Mika would zap my skin, I would flinch. lol. Must be a mental thing. BBL took around 45 minutes to an hour. After BBL, it was time for moxie. Prior to moxie, the nurse applied numbing cream. Moxie is an invasive procedure. Moxie helps with evening my skin tone. The treatment opened my pores. Moxie treatment is painful. Mika would roll the device over my skin and I could smell this burnt scent. Similar to the scent of blown out birthday candles. It also felt very spicy. Moxie treatment took around 10-15 minutes. Once the moxie treatment was complete, the nurse assistant applied a sheet mask along with an ice mask to help cool down my skin. Total session time was around 2 hours. After effects: my skin continued to burn for an hour and subsided. I was able to work after treatment was completed. My face was puffy, red and swollen. Day 2-3 : my skin felt like sand paper. I stayed indoors and avoided the gym. Day 4-7: the dark spots started to slough off and new skin emerged. I made the mistake of picking at my skin which caused scarring. Do not make the same mistake. I was able to return to the gym. By end of week, my skin was back to normal. After one treatment, I noticed that my skin was more even and spots have minimize. Because I have light skin, I will need more treatments. My second treatment occurred on March 15th. I'm excited about the results. This time around, I will need to stay out of the sun, reapply sun screen and wear my hat. Will keep you posted on results of second treatment. BTW, RN Mika is the bomb. She's my go to person for skin treatments and I need quite a bit of work. lol. read more

After you fill out paperwork, you go to a room to take your before and after and then they lead you to the procedure room.
