HORRIBLE experience because of the sales Caroline. I met her twice before I go to the clinic. we're not friends but we know each other. Because of that, when I was there she asked me to purchase packages, I bought one 5 times package M22 for acne treatment; however, it didn't get better but worse. So I stop going there. Eventually she got me leftover 2 times M22 equally money to do other things. Then she LIED to me asking me to get other package with good price and saying if I don't like it, I can get refund before I purchase. However, last year beginning of December, I ask her to refund, she's acting busy all the time until now it's been two months and NO RESPONSE. Dr. Jen is my HERO. I had been the same weight from the time I was 16 years old until I was 30. At that time I had a change in my job and it got very busy and fitness sort of took a back seat, stress worsened my eating habits and over 2 years I gained 20lbs. I spent the subsequent 6 years trying to lose it - and no matter what I tried, no matter how diligent I was in my eating and working out - I just couldn't do more than go up and down the same 10lbs. Dr. Jen is one of the best doctors I've seen and I've seen quite a few. I went in for a consultation for Aviclear. He took time to listen to my concerns and explained all the different treatment options. Some of which were offered at his office and others that were not. He had a holistic approach to targeting acne and recommended that I try some simple lifestyle changes first. It really seemed like he cared about my well-being rather than trying to make a quick buck. In addition, he had this really cool machine that took photos of all angles of my face and provided detailed information on my acne lesions, scars, sun damage, age spots, bacteria, wrinkles, etc. Although it was a blow to my ego, it provided me with so much information on how I can better care for my skin. I am so grateful for my experience! I chose laser lipo rather then traditional lipo. I shopped around. I had 3 different surgeons whom were all very kind give me pricing for my treatment. I was honestly finding it difficult to decide. Luckily I met Dr. Max @ Ohmi. I had no idea there was alternative to the traditional lipo procedure. I had my procedure (laser lipo) done while I was awake. The entire procedure took about three hours. The entire time I was having my procedure performed I was alert asking questions and are Max explained to me the process and steps he was taking. I went for a 2 mile walk this morning and I had my procedure yesterday. I have not taken any pain medication's today. I took Advil last night before I went to bed thinking that I would need to in case I woke up in the middle the night in pain. But that didn't occur. When they say you can return to your regular activities pretty quickly they aren't lying. I'm sure it's different for different folks but for me, I had my procedure, I drove myself home, I had lunch, I went about my day as if I hadn't done a liposuction procedure. Today I'm a little bit bruised in a couple of areas and I am a little bit swollen but other than that no one would know that I did this procedure yesterday.
