We are new to the area and this restaurant was recommended by a neighbor. The atmosphere and the overall decor of the restaurant was authentic and inviting. Our server was very attentive, and although there was a little language barrier, he was polite and patient. The food was really good. I did have the Horchata, which I won't order again because I found it too sweet, they have some pretty good drink specials and of course can't forget the unlimited chips and dip. me and my mother went here yesterday for a quick visit and to our surprise/horror, her drink had a fly in it. And as if almost drinking an insect with your margarita wasn't bad enough there was a hair in our cheese.. bout a good few inches long.. in our food. So as you'd assume once we brought it up to our waiter we'd get given a discount or something of some sort but no, he said and I quote "it's just in the ice" NASTY. no refund or nothing, we were charged for a new cup of cheese and drink. never will I come back here and I don't recommend you do either! read more

Service was impeccable from the moment we walked in and were seated. $0.99 Margherita specials were very good especially for the price!! Steak fajitas were served with an entire tender and flavorful sirloin steak instead of slices! I've never seen that before. Definitely will stop here again when traveling through the area. read more

Very Disappointed, Definitely not authentic. The Torta was too small, The burrito had no toppings, Why are there tator tots with the meal? The tacos were not authentic (flour tortilla) and the hot sauce salsa was like ketchup. They really have to step up their game to claim they are authentic. read more

Our first visit here as they haven't been open long. My wife ordered fajitas Texanas and I ordered enchiladas. The food came quickly and everything was great. All the ingredients tasted fresh and the service was quick and friendly. The decor was very "festive " (my wifes word) and everything was clean, even the bathrooms (again, my wife's words). When I heard a Mexican restaurant was going to open in our small town I have to be honest, I wasn't expecting too much. That being said I was wrong. The food is amazing. So many great options and I have never had anything bad. May favorites are the pollo supremo and soupa de pollo. Both are so good. The service has always been great and the staff is very friendly, fitting right into this small town atmosphere. Excited this place is in Covington and would recommend it! read more
