I hired Agape Paint to replace all bad wood on our house, calk all outside area, supply and paint everything outside that had been painted before, repair drywall in 1/2 bath (walls) repair ceiling, repair drywall in our garage and pain. I have photos if anyone wants to see how terrible this job was. Finally we agreed to a discount of $700 because we were afraid to let them back on our property. Then Mr. Tony Smith (owner) said he wasn't waiting on his money and actually came to our house to pick up the check at 10:30pm. We were very uncomfortable with the situation and just wanted them to go away. It felt very threatening. There were several bad wood boards that were not replaced, most of the drywall repair was not done in the garage and what was done didn't look like the work was done by a professional drywall person. They spray painted the garage leaving a fine mist on everything. The paint was a yellow white (more yellow than white) color not the off white color requested. It was supposed to be satin paint but it was flat. We were never offered to pick an actual color for inside the garage. There are multiple areas in the garage where the is no paint or you can see the drywall through the paint. They painted part of the wood trim and left over 1/2 unpainted. There is an entire corner with absolutely no paint. We have peg board on one wall the entire top has paint over-spray on it along with the springs for our garage doors. When they painted the exterior doors to our garage all the metal was painted nothing was taped off (two big doors we don't have a service door). The floor was left a mess in the garage. I am not sure what they did with water but there were several things wet and damaged. Our "plastic junction" boxes on the outside of the house were painted not masked off and painted around. The white PVC pipes outside our home was not masked off it was all 1/2 painted. The 1/2 bath has flat paint I asked for satin, the drywall repair was terrible and you can see drywall through the paint. The paint was applied very thin. The ceiling repair is completely unacceptable. It doesn't look like there was even an attempt to match the texturing. Our front door and surrounding trim was supposed to be painted. They forgot to do this but when asked did paint the door but none of the surrounding trim. The job they did is embarrassing to us and should be embarrassing to them. I sent all the photos to Mr. Tony Smith (owner) and all he wanted was his money he thought the job they did was completely acceptable. read more
