They always call to confirm appointments a few days before your scheduled appointment which I really enjoy because when my schedule fluctuates it gives me an opportunity to reschedule. It all sounded perfect, until the stylist cancelled on us the day before our appointment!!! After phoning a few mall salons and finding out they didn't open until 11 or 12 am, my friend tried Pure Form, a salon that she used to go to but hadn't been in over a year. The receptionist remembered her and was very sympathetic to our situation. She asked around the salon and luckily a stylist volunteered to come in on her day off. We arrived at the salon and met Lindsay at 8 am on Sunday morning because we needed to be out of there by 10 am for wedding stuff. She was in a great mood and very friendly, especially considering the time :) Lindsay listened to what we wanted and encouraged us to speak up if the style was going somewhere we did not want it to go. With curly hair, you really need a stylist who can educate you on how your curls behave and what cut will enhance the volume or reduce it, how to style them at home , etc. Kim educated me on all of that and recommended some great products to try.
