The front desk young lady has an attitude issue and had multiple smoke breaks while she's working. The wait times are crazy but the facility did appear clean. I know this because after walking out after FOUR HOURS, I went to a hospital where I received prompt, professional care. Something CityMD Bergen Beach is not capable of providing.

BUT they didn't want to give me one because they weren't sure if my insurance would cover it & they said if I wanted to know I needed to call my insurance. I was feeling really sick. I didn't feel like dealing with the insurance. So I just said forget the COVID test. CityMD was fine with that.They gave me a flu test and a strep test (cause that's covered by insurance). Those were negative. They diagnosed me with a virus. Prescribed me something, and told me I would be feeling better in a few days. I really don't think I needed a COVID test. I truly don't think I have COVID. BUT I think that CityMD should know where the insurance companies stand on covering COVID tests because we don't want to have to call the insurance when we visit you sick. Besides the situation with the COVID test, everything went really well. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable. And the staff and doctor were very friendly. I was seen quickly. And I feel like I got good medical care there. The place was very clean. And they did insist that everyone wear masks. There was a guy who walked in without a mask while I was there.
