When he went to use it two days later, he discovered it was mostly dirt and pulverized debris--not the Pine Bark Nuggets he paid for. He returned to the store, where an employee even acknowledged remembering him and the original purchase. The material was unloaded and taken back by the company. However, when my father requested a refund, he was told it could not be issued without a receipt. So to be clear--they took back the incorrect product, which they now have in their possession again (and can likely resell), but refused to refund him. That's not just poor customer service--that's bad business practice. When a company sells the wrong product and then refuses to make it right, even after acknowledging the sale, it raises serious concerns about integrity and accountability. I would strongly caution others to double-check what they are getting before leaving, because if there's an issue, don't expect it to be handled fairly.

I needed cattle trough for my cows so I headed that way to see what they had. I found a decent feed…read moretrough and when I was there I inquired about some hay? They said they some 4x5 rolls of cow hay at $40 dollars a roll and some at $90 a roll. I went with the cheaper one and that was a mistake. I looked pretty bad, but I was hoping it would get me through the week till I could located a new source. Nope, cows want eat this junk,,,, it should listed and sold as mulch hay,,,its not fit for cows or goats. I could understand if I bought this from some random farm dude off market place but to buy this at a farm store should be a crime. They know its junk and should have gotten rid of it last year. I do like my cow feeder though,,,,

My search was for something that would actually kill weeks, not get washed away in the rain or (this actually happened once) act like a fertilizer and make the weeds literally double in size over the course of the next week. Staff were helping another person when I arrived, but when they were done with that person they asked how they could help and got me all set up with what I needed. I would recommend these guys - check them out - see pics for type of stuff that you can find here - weed destroyers, pest and bug control, pet supplies are among some of the things you'll be able to find here.

We absolutely love our new Elm tree from Moon Valley Nurseries. They assisted us with the initial…read moreplating of the tree and just like clockwork, Allen Davis returned one month later to perform the soil injection to provide the necessary nutrients to allow the tree to continue to thrive. Allen took his time and explained how to care for my Elm. He even did some minor trimming which made the tree look even better., Moon Valley will continue to beautify our yard with more planting once the irrigation and new sod project is complete. Hazelwood's Nursery is such a special place to visit and look for annuals and perennials. The…read moreselection is huge and the service is amazing. The lady that helped me this week was very helpful and knowledgeable about the plant-world. I was in a hurry when I bought two flats of Mixed Heatwave Vinca; so, I didn't make it to all the other sections of the nursery and that's my loss. There's a tree section; a shrubbery section; an indoor greenhouse and on and on. This place is big! In addition to the annuals, I should've also bought a hanging basket for my Mom for Mother's Day, because there were some beautiful arrangements. Oh and the prices seemed to be less than other places that have hanging baskets and flats of flowers right now. I can't wait to go back to Hazelwood's just as soon as I can.

The people that work there are super nice and helpful. Also, it is fun to ride the golf cart and find what we want in their vast collection of plants. We will not go to any metro Birmingham nurseries any more. We will only use Hazelwoods!
