I brought my push mower in that I purchased on Craigslist two years ago for cheap that to be honest has never ran 100% since I've had it. Picked it up today, and it runs brand new. Docked one star because when I dropped my mower off on a Thursday two weeks ago, he told me he'd call me in five days. I had to call him a week and a half later, but it was completed the next day. If I need future repairs on any type of small engines, I will return.

I left a message for Rhonda the manager who refused to return my call, had one of the associates call me. When I called back the next day I explained we are having the same issue as we did the first time they out and fixed they said sorry. It's $59.99 to come out plus parts and labor. I told her the first time I called for the service call I asked specifically I'm concerned we may have this issue again after our 90 day warranty. I was told sometimes if it's a reoccurring issue we'll make an exception and fix it again. Ronda said I would have never been told that..... implying I made this up. She was rude and very unprofessional. So we basically just washed $350 down the drain. This place has horrible customer service and sells appliances that stop working only a few months after owning!!!

We chose this Ace Hardware location specifically to support a local business during a large home…read morerenovation project in Baltimore. Unfortunately, that experience fell far short of expectations. Our licensed contractor was followed continuously throughout the store while shopping for materials. The behavior was obvious, uncomfortable, and completely unwarranted. He ultimately went to Lowe's, purchased everything needed there, and later returned all items that had previously been bought from Ace. This was a direct outcome of how he was treated in the store. In today's environment, it is disappointing to see a professional customer made to feel unwelcome or under suspicion--especially one there to spend a significant amount of money. Because of this experience, we will no longer be using this Ace Hardware location for this project or future work. We want to support local businesses but respectful and professional treatment of customers should be given
