As we live outside of Santa Fe, this was mostly done by phone, each of us independently for different issues. I have been very pleased with Zia's assistance in immediately getting to the source of the problem, so that I could remotely fix the issue without going in to Santa Fe. The level of service, and accuracy of the solutions, was simply outstanding. I've been a computer user for over 50 years (yes, you read that right), and have yet to come across someone with Zia's ability to rapidly and cost-effectively solve my problem. And I might add: solve the issue inexpensively, quickly, and in a non-condescending way. I highly recommend Zia!

This company really came through for me the other day,…read more I came in here at 4:50pm asking if it was too late to overnight a package. I normally ship from staples as they're closer to my house, but after a solid half hour we determined that their new shipping software was not working (?!) , so I had to find another option- my Garmin directed me here - I needed to get a part to my IT guy so he could fix my laptop and ship it back to me so I'd only be down one day (in commissioned sales every day has an impact on your income). Steve Martinez was managing that day and he said "well, Fed Ex is gone for the day already but I have to go over to UPS so I can take it over there for you and make sure it ships out" - I don't run into those sort of kindnesses very often anymore in the course of doing business - it was a very gracious offer. He was able to get it shipped out on time and I got my functional computer back up and running just this morning. Thanks Steve, I'll be happy to frequent your business the next time I have a package to ship (about once a month...to pass on Bella's baby clothes to my niece). They also do western union, mail box rental, notary, copying, faxing. Support your locally-owned businesses!

Starlink is more expensive, but delivers a superior product that they actually SUPPORT. I think this co-op is in a vicious cycle. Lack of volunteers leads to no support. No support leads to members leaving for Starlink. Fewer members leads to even worse support. It will probably only last a few more years. Not really worth paying $400 for their dish and even more for installation. It's kind of a scam now. I hope the leadership and staff enjoyed lining their pockets while it lasted.
