After receiving my order I found that my protein (goat) had not been added. I returned it only to have a very small portion of protein added. I also ordered an extra serving of fufu. The Fufu was not completely done. The consientinsey was watery and lose. Very disappointed in this food, especially after paying $35 for one meal. They definitely were only interested in the money and not customer satisfaction.

We were greeted with a smile we noted that it was our first time visiting and the woman at the cashier was soooo patient and friendly, we order the Dibi Lamb and Jerk Chicken all of it was served hot and it was really delicious, be prepared to wait, this is not fast food! They said it's when the plantains are over ripe, they are smashed with spices and then fried . It was sooo good, though just a bit oily. Next, I decided to try their stewed goat and their signature spinach rice. The goat was unbelievably tender and the broth was so flavorful. I ended up mixing my rice Into the sauce after I'd eaten all the meat. I will definitely eat here again, I want to try their whole fried red snapper. Prices are affordable. These spices are what make Ethiopian food taste like Ethiopian food. Without them, it's just another stew. If you're truly looking for authentic Ethiopian food, go to a restaurant in the city.
