Very rude service, as a female I like to be treated with respect to do with car related stuff. Girl…read moredoesn't bother greeting me when I walk in, she is unfriendly and treats me like I'm stupid even smirking because I ask her about four questions max, then gave her a basic request for picking up my car after hours and showed her where to put car key. SO NORMAL CONSIDERING ITS THE KEY TO GET INTO MY CAR. Thought they gave me wrong tint in car so emailed about this, thought I'd also briefly mention how I was spoken to, after clearing up the tint misunderstanding, she sends an essay back to me saying I asked 'so many questions' and 'was difficult to follow' and she had to 'process all I said and that I gave her very detailed instructions that were hard for her to process in regards to a simple request to do with my car key. So people are supposed to just come in and pay then leave?? Very rude will never go back there for anything. Rude and sexist in my opinion.

NICK DOES TERRIBLE JOB AND DOES NOT HONOR HIS WORD…read more Before I finally decided to write this review, I had given Nick way too many chances to amend but he seemed not to take it seriously regarding creasing my new car's headliner. He even blocked my mobile so I could not reach him. But this is just the beginning...I am going to tell the full story so others who are interested in doing any tinting/wrapping in Nelson would make a wise choice. This happened when AUTOTINTZ was still in Auckland. I first contacted Nick in Dec 2019. Everything seemed fine until wrapping the roof. The roof wrap was scratched when he was wrapping so he suggested to redo the job afterwards. Even though the shark fin was also very poorly installed, I put it up and waited for another week so Nick could redo the job according to his schedule. Unfortunately he kept postponing and did not deliver even though he had promised several occasions. I even had to wait till 11/12 am just to hear him saying again sorry I could not finish the job (He promised to finish the job when I pick it up at 10pm and later he said it couldn't be done by 10 so I went there and waited till 11~12am). It was a nightmare but it wasn't the worst. The shark fin wrap was later on torn apart and also I realized the alignment wasn't right. I was so disappointed with Nick's work and just couldn't be bothered to ask him again as he seemed to make things worse. I later on dropped my car to Honda Newmarket and see what they can do. Unfortunately they do not patch up someone else's bad work. And even worse, they found out my headliner (at the back) was creased, which potentially would have leakage problem. Honda advised me to go to Nick again to get everything fixed as it is not Honda's responsibility to patch up somebody's bad work. I went to see Nick again and he admitted he was at fault and asked me for a quote to fix the headliner. I provided it to him later on (which was approximately $1000) and he said he wanted to find somewhere cheaper and would get back to me. He never did. Even I have been trying to reach him on phone / text. As I am also busy in other things so I have left this issue aside (I assume his workshop is there and he can't really get away.) Until I finally got some spare time and decided to sort it out once and for all, Nick had already moved down to Nelson. I texted him again and he pretended to forget what had happened. I tried to call him multiple times and he even declined my call. After I tried to escalate the issue through text, Nick admitted his fault again and said he should have fixed it (see picture 16). He promised me again that he would pay weekly starting from the first week of 2022. I texted him as reminder afterwards he never replied. Then I called him and realized I had been blocked. Nightmare is not enough to describe the experience as a customer. Nick not only failed to deliver a quality product, but also could not keep his promise as a business owner and a service provider. And more importantly, he ruined the headliner of my brand new car and now he is trying to get away. This is just the beginning and I am getting some legal advice on this. Nick you cannot get away from what you had done. Man up and take your responsibility.

Applied tints at my home. While the finished job was as advertised, their professionalism left a…read morelot to be desired. Could not keep to their stated times of arrival. When we agreed on 11am for an initial measure up they arrived at 10 as I was leaving for a meeting. They suggested I leave the house open so they could measure up and close up after themselves. I had never met them before. They day of the job they arrived nearly an hour early. They had asked for cash to give a discount of the GST, so I was forced to leave them in the house for an hour while I searched around different cash machines and banks to withdraw the money. Cut their tint material directly on my carpet. Wore their shoes inside on the carpet and when asked to remove their shoes told me they were clean. Used my toilet and left faeces smeared in the bowl, despite saying they only wanted to do "number ones".
