They not only repaired the items on the original work order but threw in a new door felt at no charge. All of the staff that have used the doors say they are better than new. Daniel was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. Daniel took the time to walk me through all the window options and patiently explained the process--not once, but twice! I ultimately chose the Simonton Daylight Max Windows & Doors. After putting down a 50% deposit, the windows were ordered, and within a week, everything was installed in a single day with a retrofit fit. The installation team was just as professional and courteous as the rest of the staff. The new windows have made a noticeable difference--they significantly reduce outside noise and provide better insulation than I expected. Not only do they look great, but I can already tell they'll help lower my energy bills. For the quality of the product, the level of service, and how smoothly everything went, I felt the value was excellent. I truly got my money's worth. Overall, working with Daniel and his team was a smooth, positive experience. I highly recommend High Desert Window & Glass for anyone in need of window or door replacements. I'll definitely be returning for any future glass needs.
