Before starting to grind, Adam carefully reviewed the area and clearly told us exactly what he would be doing and the cost. I had called Stumped, and Karl was kind enough to call me back and let me know his schedule was full, but recommended Adam from Bowman. Adam responded almost immediately and let me know the could forward my job. Joel from the Bowman team connected with me shortly after and got me scheduled for the following week. I can't say enough about how good my interaction was with Joel. I sent a photo and he communicated which plants nearby would need to be moved. A few were still too close day of and for a tiny fee they dig them up and set them aside. In the process they covered nearby plants which protected them. I'm a gardener so my plants mean a lot to me. Throughout the process the things that were important to me felt valued and respected and communication was proactive and genuine. True professionals!
