My Husband visited this business on 12/19/2025 to get tires on our vehicle balanced. At that time…read morethe mechanic could not remove the nut from the lug on one wheel. My husband was advised to return the next morning to get the job completed. At 9:00 am on 12/20/2025 they could not bring him in immediately due to an unfinished job from the day before, which led to a six-hour total waiting time to job completion. On 12/19/2025, my Husband was quoted one price, which he agreed was reasonable. On 12/20/2025, he was NOT informed the price would more than doubled before the work began. He was led to believe the price quoted was what he would pay, and if he had been informed before work began, he would have turned the service down. This was infuriating as hell to him, because his only recourse to getting our vehicle returned was to pay the astronomical fee he was billed, and not the lesser amount he was quoted. Needless to say, we will never return to this business, nor will we recommend it or give it a good review. As my husband and I currently feel robbed and deceived by R&M Auto.

When my husband arrived in the morning, they were busy, so they made an 11:00 am appointment. Within 5 minutes of arrival, they had our car jacked up. We mentioned that we had more driving ahead of us and that we were in town for a wedding that same day. Their service was outstanding and we drove away 30 minutes later with a fixed tire. About 10 minutes after we left, they called us back and asked us to return so they could ensure all our luggage nuts were properly tightened. The gentleman knew we had a lot more miles to put on those tires and he wanted to be sure we'd be safe during the rest of our journey, which I greatly appreciate. I can't give this place a glowing enough review.
