Hi all, I recently…read moreattempted to trade in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler heavily modified for a 2017 F250 and had a horrible experience. Thierry Legrain was a horrible salesman and very unprofessional. He insulted my intelligence and provided me with a horrible experience once he found out that I was a United States Marine Corps veteran. Stay away from this horrible customer service! They try to rip you off and are very disrespectful.

I bought a car from Scott C's last month. They are certainly an odd dealership. They stock a lot…read moreof really nice cars. No clunkers on their lot. Mostly all 0-3 years old and typically cleaned and detailed well. They use a special pricing system called true price. It uses Kelly Blue Book plus and minus some factors to give you the true price. Their true price is always under the KBB value but in the end their true price is just okay when compared to other local vehicles. They won't budge from the true price even though the neighboring dealership could be selling identical ride 3% cheaper. Regardless, I'd call their prices average and move on. They advertise that they service, detail, and inspect all cars upon arrive. In my case the car was a 2016 and was very clean. A sticker in the window showed a recent oil change and the state inspection was updated to the current month. Here is where it gets kinda weird, as I'm finalizing paperwork and they say they are getting the car all cleaned up and plated. I go out, shake the sellers hand and drive off. That's when I noticed that they had not filled the tank up with fuel and sent me away on fumes. Maybe that's petty but I've bought nearly a dozen cars over the years and never once was a sold a car that didn't come with a complimentary tank of gas. Throughout the buying process they continually tried to portrait themselves as a higher level dealer but skimping on a $30 tank of gas just seemed cheesy. I'm only a month in on the car and no problems so far. So I'm hoping all stays well. Since the vehicle still has factory warranty I'll likely never have to deal with them again.
