I did not know that they dealership was SOLD to the current CDJR Morgantown group. I drove to see a RAM Rebel that was difficult to find and wanted to look at it and take it for a drive. I was 2 steps from walking out and I AM KICKING MYSELF EVERYDAY FOR NOT RUNNING OUT THAT DOOR. Right now, my temporary license plate expires in 5 days and PA has no record of CDJR Morgantown sending the registration to DMV-PA on my behalf. But this is just the current problem. It gets better. Here is a summary of my experience with CDJR Morgantown (Bobby, Eric). I HAD A FRIEND WITH ME WHO CAN CORROBORATE MY STORY. I bought a 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 truck from CDJR Morgantown in the first week of June 2025. I have not received my permanent registration from PA and my TEMPORARY LICENSE EXPIRES 9/1/2025. I talked to Cindy of PA-DMV customer service on 8/29 at 4:15pm who instructed me to contact the dealership, CDJR Morgantown, about the registration that was supposedly sent to PA DMV on my behalf. If the dealership sent the registration during the 20 day window then my registration would have taken 3 days to complete. Also, the dealership would have sent a check to pay for the registration on my behalf, with the back of the check being printed with the 15 digit (starting with 55) WIN number. I contacted CDJR Morgantown and talked to the dealership about 10 days ago about not receiving my registration. The GM said that there is a "huge delay due issuing Real ID's" and that the registration will arrive. THIS WAS A LIE I also talked to DMV and AAA representatives who have stressed that there was no delay in issuing registrations (actually only a 3 day turnaround) and that there is no correlation between the two. MORE PROOF THAT IT WAS A LIE CDJR Morgantown failed to cancel the transferable extended warranty on my trade-in vehicle at the time of purchase. I contacted MOPAR and requested the cancellation and they stated that nobody from CDJR contacted them to end the warranty. Ended up receiving a check but would never have received it had I not requested the cancellation. THIS WAS DECEPTION I requested at the time of purchase that the LOJACK system be disengaged and taken off the vehicle price as I did not want the service. They did not cancel the service and cost me $1000. THIS WAS A LIE I requested an extended service contract that was like my previous contract on my trade-in vehicle, MOPAR. They sold me a service contract that was almost double the cost of the MOPAR contract. I had to drive to Morgantown from Pittsburgh to physically sign the cancellation contract which was an entire afternoon lost. Still have not seen the check reduce the amount of money on my financed loan amount. THIS WAS DECEPTION I have contacted CDJR Morgantown AGAIN and am waiting for a callback for help. NOTHING. I WOULD TAKE MY OLD TRADE-IN RAM AND TRADE IT FOR THIS NEW RAM IN A SECOND.

Sometimes leaving me alone at the desk for 15-20 minutes. The second the clock hit 5:30 the managers walked out of their office and shut off all of the lights in the building, including where I was still trying to work on figuring out their calculations on the vehicle. Repeatedly I was told "this is just the number in the system, me and my manager don't know why it's that price or how it got to that price" at one point all of the numbers changed and there was also no explanation. All in all, it was not welcoming, felt like they did not value my business, did not take my business seriously, and just didn't care if they made the sale or not. I walked in ready to sign a deal, and they completely lost my business. I was easily reminded why people hate going into dealerships.
