The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. This was just not true. I have a credit score in the excellent range and after I applied and took a hard inquiry hit on my credit report the % rate was 11.7 and the term was 84 months, so a bit of deceptive lending going on, on the bank's part. I would assume Accurate doesn't control the bank but needs to inquire from the bank why these deceptive practices are going on. Again back to Accurate's team I mentioned, top notch operators. Terrible company. I called them on a Saturday to fix a no water issue. They sent out someone who…read moredid not know what they doing. They said it was a bad switch on water pressure tank but when they replaced switch I still had no water. They then went out to well casing and said they they were being shocked at well casing. They could not give solution and tried to argue with one of us about us tampering and it causing issues. And they told us they were not for sure if they could even solve the issue altogether. They wanted to charge me 750$ to replace switch without actually getting water back on. I told them on Monday that I wanted them to replace our old switch back on pressure tank. I had different plumbing company come out and they found problem in 10 mins. It was not the switch it was a broken wire on well pump. The new other company replaced it and I had water again. Do not use Emergency Plumbing Heating and air. They have people who do not know how to diagnose correctly and will try and charge you for parts that do not need to be replaced. They want me to pay the 419$ for the visit despite the fact that they misdiagnosed and were going to charge me for a part that did not need to be replaced. Find another company do not use them!!!!
