Kyle was immediately interested in my car. When we sat down to talk about his offer I dreaded the back and forth negotiations. He told me what his computer recommended but then said how much did I want for the car. I told him and he didn't hesitate to accept it. I know he would have offered more but the amount he gave fit my need. The entire transaction was quick and amenable. They even took me to the dealership where my new car was waiting. Looking over their lot they have many good looking cars. So I know my Camaro will fit right in.

They had several clean, used cars to choose from and we ended up purchasing a 2004 Toyota with 120K miles on it. We expected a few issues with the vehicle that we would need to fix since it was a 10 year old used vehicle but unfortunately it ended up having a fairly major problem with the air conditioning cutting in and out. K-15 Auto had my daughter to bring the car in and they took it to a local garage where they found it needed several hundred dollars worth of work. Per the warranty we should have paid 50% of the bill but K-15 Auto stepped up and paid the entire bill which was above and beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a clean used vehicle, we wholeheartedly recommend K-15 Auto...

We moved to Florida six years ago but my mother still lives there in town. She was in desperate need of a new car and we were in a bind. We searched the web site, called Tom over the phone and with his unbelievable help we were able to get the car checked out, negotiate the deal and then complete it all with such ease it was amazing! It's hard to have aging parents and not be right there on a daily basis to help them. K-15 Auto went above and beyond helping us in the Service Department for sure. It's an honest dealership and they don't jerk you around like other places. We've all been there. My mother got the 2007 Buick Lucerne and is totally happy!!!!

You don't find that anymore in today's market. This is a 19 year old XLR in perfect condition other than being 19 years old!!! Couldn't resist, so I bought it. Had an intermittent issue with the hardtop not wanting to close & these guys went beyond what you normally see from a car lot to fix the problem. Twice, they offered to come out to where I was to fix it when I was stranded. Luckily, I got it working and took it back. I don't blame the dealer as this was a mothballed vehicle with extremely low mileage, so I know it hasn't been driven. Still they continued to work on it and kept me informed on the progress. Finally, they were able to locate the issue "when it was acting up" and fixed. it! Trouble with cars today that people don't realize is, if it ain't broke it is very hard to find the problem. Ron & Ulf kept after it until it was fixed to my satisfaction. Don't know what has gone on in the past, but I have nothing but good to say about this business. I have been in the automotive industry for most of my life working in service & body as well as insurance. It takes a lot to convince me of anything and am not swayed very easily with gimmicks and come-ons. This place convinced me they are competent on numerous types of vehicles and they care for their customers...and that means a LOT!!! Thanks guys!
