I have been going through them for 10+ years and it's honestly hands down the worst and most unprofessional business I've ever encountered in my life. Every time I've ever needed a repair or maintenance it's like pulling teeth. I have been waiting on a part replacement for 4 months! Every time I call it's as if everyone there has amnesia and they give me the run around only to come to the conclusion absolutely nothing has been done no progress has been made and the part still hasn't even been ordered. I need this chair for my survival I am 100% incapacitated without it and I have been waiting for a replacement wheel for almost 5 months and they blow me off like I'm being a nuisance.
