Absolutely horrible! A year and a half later and my dentures still don't fit and can't wear them

Dr. Parks has made a life changing difference in my life. I have been dealing with an issue caused by a different dental office for about five years. I went to see Dr. Parks a few months ago and he laid out the ugly truth that I didn't want to hear, but I needed to hear. I adhered to his advice and came back because of this and an experience he had many years ago. What I appreciate the most about Dr. Parks is his outstanding customer service skills, the ability to be brutally honest when he needs to be, and the integrity he possesses. I could never say thank you enough to Dr. Parks and his team at Affordable Dentures and Implants. I would recommend this office to anyone above all else 100 times over again. read more

if i could give them a zero star i would! do not go here for anything! the office is unprofessional! the partial they made for me had molars the size of a child. they don't fit! i scheduled an appointment to get them adjusted, again, because you supposedly get unlimited for 60 days. and after driving 40 minutes to get there, out of 5 people just sitting at the front desk, nobody wanted to help me fix this bad interpretation of a partial. the person that did the adjustment acted like she was bothered and said you're already checked in without even looking up at me. then after i told them what my appointment was for, the receptionist said she didn't have an appointment for me! no apology! no consideration! no empathy! none of them were cordial and nice like before i got the mis-fits. the dr. came out and ran back to the back while his office manager threatened me, and even gave me the finger so no one could see her. instead of being compassionate towards a paying consumer, they treated me like a criminal... you think you pick a location that's gonna treat you better than one in a different location, that is a myth i will never go by again! read more

I would never recommend this Sullivan office ever! after over one year getting implants on upper, waiting months for those.. never fitting right & severe pain as I can't even get them out and the staff, Kayla & Diane takes a lot for them.. it's so painful feels like they are pulling the roof out of my mouth! I can't eat anything for a year except soup or soft food. dr Parks is arrogant and doesn't seem to care! can't hardly ever get in it " worked in for days" partial lowers had to be sent off 3 times then finally to a special lab.. I think they just don't know what they are doing! after a year this past Jan 2024, I told them Fri I am done and want my money back I feel like it's been horrible service! $8057 total.. after arguing then being sent to their " corporate office.. was told.. No reimburdement.. can get a $1654 one BUT.. I have to bring my implants back!!!! seriously! this place is barbaric! read more

So last Friday I had appointment scheduled for 9am. At 8 am they called told me dr had emergency. I said well that's a flipping inconvenience. I didn't realize that it was him who had emergency surgery till after I had said it. I apologized and told receptionist just to call when he was back so on Friday 5.10.24 we rescheduled. I got there paid to have procedure already took meds to be sedated. DR PARK walked in lifted up his shirt to see his nasty stomach and started to curse me. Mind you I am under sedation and completely out of it. He said we are not doing your fckin teeth. My son was there and stood up to tell him not to speak to me like that. Then Dr Park walked out and said we had to leave. As we was being shoved out the door mind you. I should have been monitored by a anesthesiologist. While waiting for refund some guy flourished a 9mm at me and my son and threatened to shoot. I went to E.R. and it's a good thing I did cause they gave me too much and I was overdosed according to the ST LUKES E.R. this has been the most humiliated and unprofessional place I been in my life. I will be reporting to the bbb and the Missouri dental board about this. Unacceptable read more

I had a consult on 11/7/17 and made my appt. for 11/13/17 to get 20 teeth extracted, two lower mandibular tori removed, mini implants put in lower jaw, and immediate dentures. Because I had so many teeth extracted at once, it will be about a year before I get my permanent set of dentures. Cost was the major factor in searching out Affordable Dental/Dentures as my previous dentist quoted me near 10k. I was able to get the new denture wearer package and their top of the line dentures and all the extractions, mandibular tori removal ect.. for under 5k with Dr. Parks. I realize I am at the beginning of my journey. That being said, Dr. Parks has made himself available to help (after hours) with any pain/soreness resulting from denture rubs ect. I've had two appointments since my initial appointment and have been treated very well. Sometimes the girls are a little rough in inserting the dentures for reline but I just ask if I can do it, which solves the issue. Everyone is nice, polite and very willing to answer questions and offer help. I am impressed with Dr. Parks and will definitely be recommending him if anyone I know needs this type of work done. read more

Dr parks is the best oral surgeon i ever worked with. He did implants for me upper,and it was not the easiest case i hardly had any bone ridge,and i was refered to get a sinus lift.i had to wait almost a year then Dr.Parks was succesfully able to get me a few implants to snap my denture onto .Hes smart and doesnt try to overcharge you. read more

Excellent experience. I've had three extractions from this place and each time they have not disappointed me in any way. Dr. Parks is honest and does what it is your best interest.
