I went to Artistic Dentistry for a simple cleaning and ended up in a two-year ordeal I wouldn't…read morewish on anyone. I was told I needed a root canal, trusted the recommendation, and from there everything went downhill. The crown fell off, was replaced, and never fit correctly. I went back multiple times for adjustments, but my bite was never right and the pain never stopped. What's worse, I was refused routine cleanings for TWO YEARS because the dentist insisted on fixing this one tooth--something that never actually got resolved. I even asked about removing the tooth and was repeatedly dismissed. Finally, I sought a second opinion. Turns out the tooth was fractured and infected all along and should have been pulled from the beginning. Now I'm dealing with an abscess and a much bigger problem than I started with. This was a long, frustrating, and painful experience that could have been avoided. Please do yourself a favor--get a second opinion before committing to major work here

I stumbled upon this office and quickly learned that Dr. Bedford & his staff are WONDERFUL. Since my first phone call with them they were so helpful and kind, I really felt welcomed and that they really wanted to help me. They worked with me to make sure my insurance would cover everything and even returned my calls and kept me up to date. They called to remind me to not eat or drink the day of my surgery and the day of they were so nice and informative, they made sure I was comfortable and wanted me to ask any questions I had. My wisdom teeth removal went great and although I don't remember leaving, my boyfriend was filled in on how to follow up and care for my mouth for the next week. I am so happy and please with my experience here, I will recommend them to anyone who asks and will return if I have to.
