But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. These are not honest people.

Dr. Turner immediately went off! Asking "Sounds like you think I'm after your pocketbook". And "If that was the case, I would have found something wrong with your husbands teeth". Meanwhile I'm sitting here at 36 years old and never had a cavity, have perfectly straight teeth without ever having braces. Dr. Turner then proceeded to tell my wife, "I showed you the pictures, and if you want a second opinion, then I'm not doing the work. You need to leave". Dr. Turner is the worst dentist I have ever seen, and so glad we found out who he truly is after only going to him one time. There are plenty of dentists around. We don't need someone with the mindset of amputation when an anti-inflammatory would work. Do better Dr. Turner, you have a lot of work to do to be considered semi-professional. They told me it was in so tight that my dentist would have to drill it out that was not the case as it fell fell out the next night and tried to call the office but they were closed and then the next day was Sunday. Since I had to leave on Sunday night I had to go home and I fixed it myself with fixodent. They charged me more for being out of state which cost me $96.00. I don't recommend.

Imagine my distress, now, being told I needed a Root Canal!! I was *so* upset, I put it off for two years. The only other time I had a root canal, I had to have gas (very hard for the endodontist to work under these conditions) and I needed a friend in the room with me, holding my hand the entire time. ENDODONTICS OF MICHIANA: WHAT A DIFFERENCE! WHAT A RELIEF! WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR! I was amazed to find such an excellent endodondist/dentist like Dr. Bradley Swanson!! I cannot thank Dr. Swanson and his team enough for making my root canal therapy as easy as…read morepossible. I came to Dr. Swanson having already visited one endodontist. This endodontist was not able to perform the root canal because he was not able to get me numb and just gave up. Having had this experience on top of my dental anxiety I was terrified coming into Dr. Swanson's office. Dr. Swanson and his team were thourough in all aspects of my visit. They made me feel comfortable (music playing in the exam room!) and fully explained everything they were going to do and again as they did it. Again I had a very difficult time getting numb but Dr. Swanson was incredibly patient and persistent until I couldn't feel a thing. Took about 4 trys but he finally got there! The procedure was quick, painfree, and I left the office much more comfortable than I came in. He also prescribed some pain medicine for the few days following the procedure when the tooth is sensitive. If you need any type of endodontic therapy go see Dr. Swanson! My only wish is he did other dental work so I could see him for all my teeth needs!

I have been dealing with the billing office for over 6 months and still do not have my bill…read moreresolved. They did a pre-authorization (which took 2 months) and then had me pay prior to my surgery. I found this odd, but did it anyways. The office then scheduled my surgery for a date when the Dr was out of the office and made me reschedule. After my surgery, I was still sent a bill for the entire remaining amount with no money paid by insurance and no further explanation. I contacted OSMichiana about this issue and they stated that my Dental insurance would not pay because i needed to inform my insurance co that there was "no other dental insurance" (incorrect). My dental insurance co stated that OSMichiana needed to submit MEDICAL insurance (not dental) first. This is standard practice for dental work. I directed OSMichiana to file this claim with medical insurance. OSMichiana contacted me approximately 2 months later stating that my bill was still delinquent. When I contacted my insurance company (again) they stated that OSMichiana had sent them the insurance claim only one week ago (OSMichiana waited 6 weeks to submit the claim after I directed them to submit it). 1 week later, I sent OSMichiana my medical insurance EOB via email as they had requested. 2 months later, OSMichiana contacted me stating that my bill still was not settled and they were "going to send my account to collections". I informed them that I'd had no communications from them for 2 months. OSMichiana told me that they had mailed me 3 bills (false). OSMichiana asked for my email address (which I had already provided to them numerous times) and emailed my bill to me. The balance is still more than $1,000. Now I am going to have to contact my dental insurance company (again) to make sure that the billing is correct. I definitely do NOT trust the billing office at OSMichiana. They seem to follow a pattern. 1) incompetence 2) laziness 3) threatening phone calls 4) repeat The good news, the surgery was great. No complaints at all.

I cracked a tooth the day before a golf trip, and he personally scheduled me for an extraction that day so I could continue on the trip. As scary as a tooth extraction is, he made it painless and very easy. I golfed the next day without a hitch and needed nothing more than just a few Tylenol. Nobody likes to have something like this done,, but if you must, he is the doctor to see. I couldn't rate him any higher and give him my highest personal recommendation.
