"Dental Angels" " Michelangelo of Dentistry" Dr. Grego, Nancy , Dawn and unseen Lab specialists!! It is true you only get one chance at first impressions (ha ha no punt intended). The moment I arrived in the office Dawn was pleasant and engaging. I was a frantic mess! I needed dentures by Friday my scheduled day to return to work. I had lost my full upper dentures and lower partial. I arrived on a Wednesday almost midmorning but was informed Dr would be able to see me. I was able to be seen after a brief wait in a clean accommodating environment from the lobby to the bathroom facilities. I met with Nancy in dental area then Dr Grego both were empathetic and professional. Due to latest of the day after careful molding etc. I was informed dentures would be ready for pickup on Thursday. During the visit I overheard different clients/patients come in of various ages. The extra care given to each according to their needs. Thursday I arrived about 3pm dentures as promised but quality, workmanship of lab; I was and remain speechless!! Nancy checked on me frequently during my visit kept me informed of each step. Dr Grego gave me valuable dental care tips and as close to precision molding and color selection tooth size etc of denture as possible and asking my input ; without respect to my financial budget. This is a totally different atmosphere from my previous visit present Staff are wonderful. They do what they love and love what they do! We as clients/patients need only supply a little patience if we are asked to wait. Looking forward to returning for a denture upgrade. Blessings to ALL STAFF. Katheryn C. read more
