STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Wish negative stars were able to be given. Just got a phone call from my 23 year old daughter saying that this dentist was verbally abusive and told her she would die if she didn't have her wisdom teeth removed (that have never been a problem ever). All these guys care about is getting money out of people. This guy should be barred from practicing if this is what he does. ...and I will not refer to him as Dr., maybe Con-artist at best. read more

i worked for doctors offices and know the doctor bills the insurance first then the patient for the balance. but Hudec dental in canfield took 1,724.00 off me said i had to pay it to order crowns. i have 3000.00 in dental insurance and medical mutual pays 70 percent for crowns. they said they billed my insurance that day. i check with insurance 5 days later and they had not been billed. They should not have asked me for this money until insurance let them know. I do not have crowns. they also let me sit 1 hour and 15 minutes in chair then realized they did not have pins to do my impressions for crown. i had to go back for impressions. i have always paid any balance I owed and had no outstanding balance with them. Why did they take 1724. from me before billing insurance and getting crowns. this was terrible. talked to office manager she said they would be giving me a refund after insurance. read more

Recently started using this dental office due to a change in insurance. Wasn't crazy about the idea but didn't have a huge choice. Dr. Buckley is wonderful! He first noticed my oclution was bad and made proper adjustments. Then he told me I needed a bite guard for night time. I wasn't sure if this was an upsale but I decided to try it to see if it would help with my sleep. I was like a miracle cure!! I sleep better then I have in years and wake up refreshed and my neck doesn't hurt. I plan on staying on at Hudec Dental and hope Dr. Buckley doesn't plan on retiring any time soon! read more

I'm not going to give these people any stars! My husband and I were looking for a new dentist that was close to home. We both set up appointments on different weeks. We've gone to a dentist every 6 months for a cleaning probably for the last 20 years. It had only been 6 months since our last cleaning. At that time we had no problems. When my husband came from his appt. they had practically had him havin all his teeth being worked on some asap. Showed him a pic of one of his teeth that was real problem. To try to make a long story short they said exactly the SAME to me, even down to the picture (which was probably the he same tooth). They got about a $1000 out of us but would have gotten $23,000 if they'd had there way!STAY Away from these people!!!! read more

I've been a patient at hudec dental for a while, been to multiple locations and have good things to say. Dr. Buckley at Canfield was able to get me in for a root canal and it went flawlessly. As someone who's never had intensive dental work done, a root canal seemed terrifying to me, but the pain I was experiencing was unbearable, so I knew it was necessary. After reviewing my dental history with me, he told me I was experiencing a root resorption, likely caused by a trauma I experienced 10 years ago. Dr. Buckley and his assistant, Penny, handled the procedure flawlessly and walked me through what they were doing step by step. The cherry to the cake was the office manager, Monica. Her humor and knowledge ties the office together. It's been 3 days since my root canal, and I haven't experience any pain since prior to the procedure! read more
